I would not have been able to get my roof replaced if it had not been for Home Pride working with me. Their work was extremely professional and the roof looks wonderful. From the beginning of the job to the end, I cannot say enough about the care and attention to detail of the company as well as the individuals who did the work! To say it was a great experience is an understatement! I would recommend Home Pride Contractors to anyone needing assistance with their expertise. In addition, I was in contact with Kat at the Lincoln office during the time that the job was in progress. Kat was so professional but also someone who is easy to talk to and she represents the company in such a warm and caring way. Because of her I really felt that this company cares about their clients! This is the most terrible company Ive ever had the misfortune to work with. After a huge tree fell on my house during a storm, I stupidly hired Home Pride. What a mistake. Five years later, the work is still unfinished (Some siding, trim work, skipped some of the work that they were contracted for, instead of running a gutter downspout into the drain where it was before, they thought it would be good to run it under my desk, where it causes the basement to leak when it rains). The ceiling they put in (Had water damage from the tree smashing the roof) fell down two years ago. The owner showed up, took a look, and told me theyd have it fixed in a few weeks. Its already been a year. Do your self a favor: If you take any pride in your home, pick someone besides Home Pride. What an unethical company. Thanks for taking my money and wasting my time.

Very Difficult to work with!!! After getting a quote, we could not get them back out here to do any work!! Repeated emails and voicemails, but they avoided every attempt to communicate. Once, I called to reach Michelle and the receptionist said, "Oh yea, she is here. What is your name again?" When the receptionist came back on the phone she said, "Uh, Michelle is uh away from her uh desk...want to leave a voicemail?" I did, again, with no response! What a waste of time. Thanks but no thanks! EDIT on 6/27/16: FINALLY got a call back from Michelle who begged me to "Have some empathy and change your Google review as it is damaging our business." I advised Michelle that in the future they need to improve their business practices and follow-up and follow through when communicating with customers. WOW!

Less than Stellar Recommendation for Home Pride: It took 3 months but my windows and door finally were installed on 6/30. This is 1.5 months longer than I was promised that it would take. I chose Home Pride because they had the fairest price and because they have a carpenter do the work. It took numerous calls (10+) to Home Pride to find out what the status of my job was and set up an install date. The carpenter who was subcontracted to install the door & windows did a great job. The only issue is that the doorbell seems to not have been hooked up right so they are going to come out and fix it. I would not recommend Home Pride to anybody for doors/windows. They might be great roofers but the lack of communication regarding the work at my house was very stressful.

We had some repairs to do after a storm came through last year. They needed to replace some shingles and fix a leak that developed in one of our gutters. The office staff was pleasant to work with on the phone and gave us a window of time the repairman would be out to check out our situation. He actually made it out a little earlier due to finishing a prior job up quicker than expected and we werent home at the time. The office called to let us know and we said to go ahead and take a look at it. Turns out because our particular problems were quick fixes, he was able to get us taken care of that same day. For anything roofing related, well definitely be calling them in the future!

Love the office staff! They were very knowledgeable when I asked questions about the warranties and overall composition of the products (I was looking at composite tabs vs shingles or wood slates). The work on my roof and gutters were all done by the time we agreed upon and I am completely satisfied. I have recommended a few of my friends to them as well. They ended up quite happy with the final product. Highly recommend. Oh, and I was made aware of another problem area that I had not known about on my house, which was fixed as well.

Had a wonderful experience with Home Pride. Someone from their company was out to investigate my roof within days of my original call. I have a large and pretty steep rough, but the company conducted a thorough review. They even pointed out some hidden issues, but did not pressure me to fix them right away. For the type of roof I have, I was amazed how inexpensive the price for inspection was, compared to other roofing companies. I have recommended Home Pride to all of my family and friends who need roofing work done.

Avoid! Poor quality workmanship. They replaced our roof about a year ago. The first time it rained after that installation, we had a huge leak around the skylight, with water pouring in. A manager came out, said the skylight was installed improperly, moved it and resealed. Now, every time we get a heavy rain, the skylight leaks. Home Pride says it is not guaranteed because they didnt replace the skylight when the roof was installed. Now I have to call a reputable roofer to come out and fix their mistake.

I worked with Duane after the recent hail storm. Everyone and their mother in my neighborhood is replacing their roof. Ours was replaced recently and really had minimal damage. Duane was very friendly and helpful explaining the damage he saw was very minimal. He also offered to discuss the damage with any of his competitors if they disagreed with his assessment. He saved me from an insurance claim and someone who is just out for money. I appreciate his honesty and I will use home pride in the future.

I wanna thank the sales man that came out personally replaced my downspout. I have been waiting for about 5 weeks to get it done and never a call back. I have spent a lot of money with Home Pride. What I dont like is getting blown off and promised to have it done. Like I said thank you home pride sales man for coming out and getting the job done. You went up and above your job. Wish there where more people like you.

They told me i was goin to get tamko shingle i got atlas pinnacle shingles. My roof now Leaks They had a young man come to my house and within 5 seconds he said it was condensation which i never had condensation issues till they roofed my house. I am currently looking for a certified inspector to inspect and photograph my issues then im contacting the bbb and the news crews and a attorney

Always a friendly voice on the other line and always a friendly smiling face when I stop in! Office has a home feel to it when you walk in! Home Pride did my mothers roof a few years ago and have never had any issues! Wonderful staff back then and a more wonderful staff today!! I recommend you call Home Pride for a roof, siding, window, gutter service you may need!!
