We used Affordable remodeling services after getting bids from them and a couple of other remodeling companies. Pete Carp not only answered our questions but had suggestions that helped us remodel a rent house bathroom and kitchen for us and did an excellent job. The bathroom needed not only new fixtures, painting and new bath and shower but thanks for their diligent work we were able to fix the sub floor aound the tub and comode that had been leaking for years and kept if from being a major job. The work was fully quoted and fair and the work was done very quickly and to our satisfaction. The renters were present at the time and there was minimal disruption. In the kitchen updated the cabinets and counters/sink and put in new flooring. what a huge difference this makes, we would use them again.

Made an appointment for Thursday for an estimate, the guy had some family matter to attend to (which was understandable), rescheduled for a week later, NO SHOW on the next Thursday. Waited for 30min, called and left a message, waited another 30min at the site, went home and emailed. Call the next day and left another message, no response. Since Google reviews were all good, I had good feelings. Im going with Brucke Flooring. (this is my junk email, in case the owner wonders).

Affordable remodeling called me back every time I ask them for questions or needed help. they were eager to help me and all the workers were very kind listened to my ideas as well as giving me professional advice that I needed. They worked with my insurance company as well and the remodel is absolutely beautiful!

I engaged Pete Carp for two large jobs [1] a large wood roof tear off and replace and [2] a major masterbath remodel. The projects were completed quickly and to my satisfaction. They are a Great remodeling contractor!!! They did an awesome job! I would use them again.

Remodeled bathroom one year ago and it has all fallen apart...poorly installed from the start. Caulking fell out, light switch drilled into new tile crooked and had to have a plumber reinstall shower, tub and sink faucets. If you like drunk workers...call Pete.
