Mike and his team are outstanding. I had a different contractor with my first office and it was a nightmare. I did not want to repeat that experience. I began my search for a contractor several years before construction of my second office began. I met several before deciding on HM contractors. Mike restored my faith on what a good contractor can do. Building is never a smooth process and when things get difficult it’s good to have a team that cares about getting it done right. You can tell that Mike takes pride in the product he delivers. One thing that I did not appreciate was the value of having all the major team members under one roof. HM has the Architect, the Interior Designer, the Financial Coordinator, and Supervisor all there throughout the process. I ended up with a beautiful office built from the ground up. HM General Contractors did an amazing job renovating our orthodontic office. The process went smooth and we are so pleased with the results. When our patients that we have not seen in a long time come back to see us, they are astounded at the difference! Tim and the entire team did a fabulous job of helping us design a more efficient space that looks top notch! They were always easy to reach and responded to our needs as they came up. My experience with HM was moderate. Im still on the fence if I will use them or not for future offices. I have a beautiful office and patients always compliment on how inviting my office feels and not like other dental offices. Awesome job in regards to this. If you are to sign on with them, go ahead and anticipate your opening date to be about a year from the day you sign regardless of what they or anyone else promises you. Itll allow you to plan your business out more accurately. If this is not a problem for you, give them a try.

Building a practice from scratch you have your expectations of being delivered a great product, but working with Ben has ben such a streamlined process and what really topped it, was it was Finished on time with no delays even though there were hiccups due to weather.
