Luis is a very nice charismatic man who I honestly think has the best intentions but he is so unorganized and unreliable that he is a disaster to work with! Do not give him any money til the work is done or you may never get the work done you are paying him for. Working with Luis turned into an absolute nightmare leading to us losing tens of thousands of dollars as well as being left stuck in a construction zone of a home for months. A lot of the work that was completed wasnt done properly and we are now having to redo it. Total nightmare! Do yourself a favor and hire someone else!

If you use them only pay for labor and purchase your materials direct from vendor. Luis Tellez wrote my company a check for $2,800 for flooring materials on 8/4/11 which was returned NSF. He made multiple promises to make good on the debt but did not. I filed a complaint with the BBB who refused to arbitrate (he is still A- rated). Turned over to collection agency who noted that four other companies are also trying to collect on NSF checks from L&T. I am also filing check fraud complaint with the Harris County DA.

Luis and his crew are fantastic. We got a house with a built in water filter (house is older than than the era of refrigerators with water filters) and at some point the filter started leaking, eventually molded, and finally flooded our kitchen island. Luis was very attentive and always available to me during the restoration process and upon completion the results are fantastic. I will always use Luis for my general contracting needs and recommend him to anyone.

Nobody should do business with this FRAUDULANT company. They take your money in advance and then disappear. They deposited our check and then the did not deliver any product or services. Once 3 weeks had gone by I requested our money back and they have disappearred again. No refund/no services performed. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in return for over 400 dollars.

L&T did and excellent job on the remodel of our master bathroom after we found some water damage. Luis walked us through the insurance process and was there every step of the way. He also always made himself available to us 24-7 to assist us with any questions or concerns we may have had. I definitely will use them again.

had them install an outdoor kitchen at my home in north houston which turned out great, and they did a really good job of working with my crazy schedule as well. Plan on using them again for some more outdoor projects.
