Not even worth one star. Go to Rudys in Spring. My mother in law just moved here from Memphis and I wanted to treat her to some Memphis style BBQ. Ive eaten here before, and it was delicious but today it wasnt that great (the one time I really wanted it to be great) and the baked potato was green on the edges and was so overcooked it tasted burnt. As for customer service, this place has the absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. The owner should really look into what is happening. The business is going down, from a customer service standpoint. When I received my check it was correct, when I received the credit card copy for me to sign and put in a tip, IT WAS $4.OO HIGHER. Luckily I caught it and brought it up to the waitress and then to the manager. I dont think it was an accident because when I brought it to the attention of the waitress, she acted like she had just been caught doing something she shouldnt be doing. The manager was standing nearby so I told him what had just happened. Indignantly, he said it was an accident and that it happens "ALL THE TIME". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? By her reaction, I felt like it was on purpose but the manager proceeded to YELL at me, in front of other customers, for not leaving a tip, AS I WAS LEAVING. AGAIN, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? He said she has to support a kid. WHAT, DID YOU NOT JUST HEAR MY COMPLAINT ABOUT BEING OVERCHARGED AND THINKING IT WAS ON PURPOSE? THE BLATANT DISRESPECT WAS SHOCKING. I sincerely hope others looked at their checks since this HAPPENS ALL THE TIME AND WE ARE TO BE OKAY WITH IT. These people are thieves. The owner really needs to evaluate the management as I will never go there again and will tell EVERYONE about my experience.

I was a little disappointed in this place. Overly priced in my opinion. The entrees I guess were ok in price. The chopped brisket sandwich was delicious, cant speak on behalf of the bf who got the pulled pork one. I took a bite, but didnt really like it, but i prefer brisket so that isnt a fair review. You may like it if you are a pork lover. The sauce however in the bottle is the same sauce on the sandwich but room temperature. It was not good unless hot so ask for it HOT not from the bottle. It tasted off in the bottle. The appetizer we got was the jalapeno poppers and they were $9.00. I was thinking wed get some off the wall bomb digidy melt in your mouth jalapeno poppers for $9.00. That is expensive for an appetizer. But no they were horrible. 1/2 of them were burnt, and the other 1/2 just tasted like they got them out of a TGIF box from walmart and threw them in the fryer. I suggest not getting these if you go here. The only reason I gave them a 3 stars review was because the sandwich I had and potato salad (which is def not your average potato salad, it grew on me after awhile) was because she didnt charge me for the jalapeno poppers. So 3 stars. They should really focus on cutting their prices back a little and Im sure theyd make more business that way! All and all not a horrible place if you have about $25 for two entrees, two drinks and room for a tip. I will have to post a pic later. I did take pictures so people didnt think I was full of sh**. I like giving fair reviews.

OMG...Chef Ramsey needs to visit this place and try to help them understand that their sliced BBG tastes like it was a week old. DRY DRY DRY DRY... we are regulars at this restaurant and on this night that will all change. The manager laughed at my husband and told him that there was nothing wrong with the food. My husband gone by and picked up the food and brought it home. Does he think we dont have better thing to do with our time. Anyway, the owner proceeded to take a piece of food from my plate and eat it saying it was fine. DENIAL! He argued with my husband and told him it was fine. Well I guess if you dont know what good BBQ tastes like then I guess you wouldnt know. This BBQ was not fresh and could not have been cooked any time recently. If you want good BBQ do your homework. This is a BBQ place that was once the best, going down hill fast. With bad food and the owner with a bad attitude, I cant imagine it will survive. We here in The Woodlands love BBQ and we expect to pay for what we get. We want fresh moist tender mouth watering BBQ like we would make at home. THIS IS NOT THAT BBQ. THIS IS THE LAST PLACE TO GO TO EAT BBQ.

After placing a catering order at this location I noticed days later bank charge did not match my Receipt. When I spoke to bookkeeper her researched showed an additional item that I requested the day of my order however did not appear on my copy. The additional item slipped my mind and since it was not posted on my receipt I questioned the charge. This act of mine infuriated her and called me the B word for She thought I was trying to deny the charge on that additional item. It was NOT a good conversation and she did not appreciate my business and I did not appreciate her lack of concern of my charge that I did not see on my records. Her revelation to me is that she was one of the owners. Well I will not throw money their way and word of mouth is the best advertisement. I thought their food was decent but now that I frequent other locations for catering I THANK her hillbilly outburst for I found a location closer and with better BBQ. I hope folks have a better customer Experience than I did. Just do not question your own personal card charges and you might be fine!

I used to go with certain frquency to enjoy the BBQ chicken that I like so much. That was until last Thursday, when I walked with a friend and requested a table away from the front door (it was raining and very cold outside). The place was busy, but there were other empty tables where my friend and I could be accommodated. The waiter made the attempt with the owner, who was tending other tables and ended up giving us the table we didnt want. We told them very politely that we if could not get a table away from the front door, then we would have to leave. The ownere then turned around and rudely said "BYE!" -- so we left and I can guarantee that I will never go back and I will make every possible effort not to recommend the place to any of my friends -- I dont know what this arrogant individual thinks, but I feel sorry for his staff. WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK! it is not the only good BBQ in town, but it is certainly the most unpleasant one.

My mom went through the drive-thru and handed the lady a $20 bill that she JUST GOT from the ATM. The lady gave her the wrong change back, apparently she thought she handed her a $10 bill. The funny thing is, even if she did give her a $10 bill - SHE GAVE HER THE WRONG AMOUNT OF CHANGE! Now, its not about the money for my Mother, it was about the principal and she hates thieves. My Mother asked for upper management and the old greasy man comes out and is not helpful at all. Heck, he probably put the lady up to it so he could make more money. My Mother finally gave up and as she was leaving, the old man (the owner) called her a crazy B****. Im telling you, if I was there.. Oh man, ohhhhhh man. Anyhow, dont support this sorry excuse for a restaraunt. Please dont go here, they are thieves.
