Let me preface this by saying that I am a patron of this location at least 5 times per month. My order is consistent - 2 large quesadillas with cheese, one with black beans and one with pinto, nothing more. 98% of the time I am charged ~$3.65 for a "vegetarian quesadilla" or however it is rung up in the register. On the specified date, I was told by an African American manager that I had to pay the price of a burrito, which is nearly double. This happens on and off, and I normally choose to let them discard the food I ordered and I leave the restaurant and do not return for several weeks. The manager on the specified date accommodated me, therefore I stayed. If Chipotle charges $6.50 for a quesadilla consisting of only a tortilla, some cheese, and some beans - the same price as a burrito including rice, salsa, pico de gallo, corn, sour cream, etc. - I will forever neglect to patronize any Chipotle franchise or any of its current or future subsidiaries. This level of greediness and inconsistency is unacceptable.

I was deeply disappointed when I took my eight-year-old grandson to the Conroe Chipotle (his first and last time). We shared one large chicken burrito consisting of a stiff, under cooked, inedible taco that tasted like raw dough, chicken consisting mostly of hard pieces of GRISTLE, and the hard stem base of the avocado. The server ignored my individual selections to the point that passed on rather arguing over the issue. The final insult came later when I belatedly checked my c.c. receipt--$13 plus for one burrito rather than the stated price that was proc half that amount.

Not sure what happened here! I love Chipotle and hate having to leave a 3-star review, but this location just isnt up to par. I went in around 7:30PM and ordered my food to go. The rice and beans were extremely salty (it seemed like they just dumped heaps of salt into it) and the corn was so spicy that I couldnt even touch it. I always get the same thing (chicken burrito with brown rice, black beans, corn and pico de gallo) and have gotten it at countless locations, but this one just wasnt right! So disappointing! :(

Reading all these less that great reviews disappointes me. I have been to this location numerous times. All have been very pleasant experiences. The food has always tasted fresh and very flavorful. The servers have come to know me and have always been well mannered. Over all a very great experience and will return to this location. Hope this helps!

I went in to buy a burrito and this lady that you could tottaly tell she spoke spanish didnt want to speak in spanish and my spanish is better than my english and she couldnt even speak english right and when she said salsa you could tottaly tell she spoke spanish and she was in a really bad mood so yall should fix that

Chipotle is the healthiest fast food restaurant that you can dine at in my opinion. The only downside is that it is a bit expensive but you do get plenty of food when you order. I recommend it to anyone trying to avoid unhealthy fast food when they do not have any other option but to settle for something quick and easy.

I dont know what people complain about. This location is fast and they always end up giving me way more meat. I asked for double meat once and the girl put 4 scoops of chicken on my burrito lol. The girl almost couldnt fold it. Lol i love this place. I wish they opened earlier.

First off the service was slow the cleanliness was horrible the bathroom hade gnats the size of full grown flys. Yes they are 1 of a few locations that have bacon, but dont eat it u will be sick
