I went to Panera Northwest Fwy, Houston TX this afternoon to pick up a "To Go" order. Part of my order included a Classic Grilled Cheese Sandwich. On the second bite I felt something funny in my mouth. I pulled out of my mouth a VERY large (almost complete) plastic cheese wrapper. My coworkers just watched in amazement. I have many issues with this...first off, Im not sure if the organic cheese they advertised thats used in their sandwich comes in a plastic wrapper but most of the organic cheese I have found on the market does not. Secondly, a plastic wrapper in your food is gross, unsanitary, and unsafe! I will NEVER go to this Panera again and I sure wouldnt recommend others. What wouldve happened if I gave my 2 yr old son this sandwich and he choked on the plastic?! Ridiculous!

Horrible, to say the least! Rude staff. Pager did not go off, so a male bearded staff delivered food to table. With an attitude, that is! Said thanks, but just ignored and walked away. Next, I went up for a drink refill. Next thing I knew, a retard looking staff cleared my table, when Im still working on my food! Caught him about to dump it in trash. Gave me back old plate. Did not even offer a replacement! Used to come here a lot for breakfast back in 2011-12. Staff way, way better in those days. Never again for me at this location!

When we got there, we ended up waiting in line for 7 minutes, not because it was busy, because there was no cashiers. The only cashier up there was making drinks for people. The other workers were just standing around. It was even lunch time so there should have been some employees. Then once our order was taken, I realized there was a mistake and when I went to go ask the guy making food, he gave me a really ugly look and was very rude about the change. The food was room temperature and its a bit dirty.

The coffee is heavenly,the pastries are ok. What drives me nuts is when the associates are rude,and for no reason what so ever.Youd like to have a good experience when you eat.Here not so much.By the way the bus man is extremely inappropriate!!My mother and I are sitting here while he walks back and forth starring at me and my mom.Why panera hires such shady people is beyond me.Im pretty mad.This bus man is obvious and obnoxious in his attempt to get our attention..Strange dude unreal.

How do you screw up a plain bagel sliced untoasted with butter? You go to this Panera. I asked three times for a steak & egg breakfast sandwich and I get bacon. Two women took my order (one was trainee) but they managed to screw up a simple order. The one time I want Caucasian for breakfast and they mess it up big time. I went in happy and left livid. I have been working in this area for over ten years and finally decided to try this Panera and it was a bad experience.

Yall are my go-to lunch spot. The rapid pick-up is perfect when during the middle of the day because it gets so busy. I only had one experience where I didnt like my food and thats because some of the greens in my salad were clearly past their prime. I wont take that star from you though, because any other time you guys knock it out of the park. I love the baked goods, pressed sandwiches, and the frozen lemonade. Great choice in a pretty busy shopping center.

The most rudest place especially the staff and the slowest to take orders who ALWAYS messes up my order, but most of all a manager I believe named Laura or Lauren . She was the rudest "manager" Ive ever seen at any Panera I have ate at. Definitely NEVER going there again. Ill go there again UNLESS the staff change the attitude AND that manager lady Laura or Lauren gets moved from location OR Fired or I might just be just calling the corporation!

Every time i come here there is an issue. Most recently i ordered a half italian sandwhich and the meat inside didnt even match up the the amount of meat in a mcdonalds chicken nugget. I was originally getting a "pick two" however they did not inform me my pasta choice was not available for a "pick two" at that location and charged me for a full pasta instead. Much better service at the Copperfield location and worth the drive!

Waited a while just to only get a smoothie. Some of the morning crew look unorganized lost didnt know what they were doing. The evening shift and mid shifts are awesome the morning shift is not so good very disappointed. After talking to the manager she didnt care I told her I will call corporate and she said it would just be back to her anyway in a very snobby way in front of her crew members. This is bad for your business

I love Panera basically, but lets face it their prices are a bit over the top. Still I end up here about twice a week. So I finally got around to trying one of their smoothies. It was not only WAY over priced for the serving size, but it was nothing but sugar and chemical. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars on my nasty scale. For a place that floats on a pond of "better for you food" that smoothie belongs at Whataburger.

I am a regular customer who picks up lunch for coworkers..today I bout a sandwich when I took a bite half way through the chewing and swallowing I looked down at my sandwich and on the bread it had a huge dead fly on it I was so disgusted by it I wanted to puke so I had no choice but to eat my small salad and part of the avocado was black way to go to ruin someones lunch

I order delivery from here every other day and they are AMAZING. The service, food and staff are incredible. I was delivered a cup of soup once that was supposed to be a bowl. I called and let them know, they were so apologetic, they redelivered the bowl and a cookie immediately with no hassle and no extra charge. They are simply one of the best places I order from.

Healthy options. Not cheap, but I got the pick 2. Good soup salad combo with side choice of bread, Apple, or?. $10.80 total with no beverage. Free water and lemon can be had at the beverage stand. Dont sit near garbage. Noisy because of clanking China, but at least they use China. Food was great. They also have dessert counter with own register.

Poor management, dirty store. Only one of the cashiers was friendly when I requested a refund on a smoothie Id waited 10minutes for. 2 other customers made orders after me and were served before me. The female manager is a disgrace to Panera. Im a loyal customer but I will never go to the Panera at this location again.

We are regulars at this panera. We are from the neighborhood. It is always nice to be greeted wih a smile and knowing your name. The food is great and the customer service is welcoming. I would recommend this pleasurable place to eat, have coffee or meet a friend. I still say the water fall needs to flow...smiling at you
