This is a fantastic restaurant all the way around. Our server was quick to get to us and bring us drinks, as well as everything else. In the middle of our meal, our server had to leave, so someone else replaced her. But it was a smooth transition, and she picked up as if she had been serving us the whole time with plenty of attention and fast service. I got a raspberry lemonade that was delicious, and though at first I thought the cost was a little high, but turns out it was refillable, which helps. We got the fried macaroni balls as an appetizer, which were to die for, even though Im not really a huge cheese person. I love me some burgers, so I ordered the Americana Cheeseburger, and let me just say...that secret sauce is absolutely amazing. Wow. Again, the cost was a little high for a pretty basic burger, but it was a good size and tasted phenomenal. Then onto the main course - the cheesecake. The first problem was choosing which ones to order out of a few dozen options, but we managed to narrow it down to the chocolate chip cookie dough and banana. The cookie dough wasnt as good. There was just this giant chunk of cookie dough in the middle, which isnt a bad thing, but I was hoping for it more mixed in with the cheesecake. On the other hand, the banana was just to die for. I wish I hadnt been so full so I could have actually finished it. Again, great restaurant, great staff, great service, great food. Highly recommended, as I definitely plan on going again.

I really hated my experience at the woodlands cheesecake factory yesterday from start to end, but most of all, I didnt like my meal. I got the ribeye steak. The first time it came out it was medium well and I ordered it medium rare. The server proceeded to argue with me about the steak instead of just taking it back. The next steak that came out was mostly medium...medium rare in some spots. Plus it was dry. Im very disappointed in the quality of meat for the price. My boyfriends meal got cold while he waited for my meal to come back. He asked the server to heat it up for him. It took a long time to get his back, too. When the manager came by, I explained that my experience was terrible and he didnt even seem to try to make it better. He took my plate of unfinished food and I left without eating dinner. Yes, he comped the steak, but I didnt leave satisfied. I also feel like the server intentionally waited a while to give us our cards back. He took a very long time getting our checks. He took a long time for everything while we were there. I was so disappointed in the service, meal quality and the managers ability to try to fix the situation. Ill never go back to cheesecake factory again. We didnt even get cheesecake...we were there for two hours after getting sat and we didnt get dessert because if how ridiculous the overall experience was. We were celebrating my birthday and I hate that I wasted my birthday dinner on this restaurant.

Ive been here several times before and it was okay. This past Valentines Day 2017, (I know kind of late on the review and one of their busiest days) I probably had one of the worst experiences here. First they told us an hour wait and when we asked about the wait after an hour they said 30 minutes more which actually turned into an hour and 45 minute wait. Restaurant is very dimly lit, so who knows how clean it is? Well the glasses our water came in, felt very gritty and dirty on the outside. With the prices for that, I hat to say I expected for polished silverware (I worked as a server myself, so yes I know what it is to sit there and polish a spoon, knife, forks, and roll them well over 100 times a day) but the amount of servers yall apparently have would be able to complete that in no time. One of my forks were dirty which could of been even more prevented had the implementation of polishing silverware been set or maybe yall were so busy, yall ran out? I dont know and thats not an excuse because the Cheesecake Factory has been in this location for a while now to understand its demands on holidays. I ordered the leau salad with no nuts and the lettuce was soggy so it really wasnt all that worth the price. Service was also slow, but it looked like our server was managing 6 tables. This probably wont be my last time here, but I really hope my next experiences arent this bad.

Came for dinner, crowded Thursday evening, went straight to the bar and found a spot with Nathan and John. I am so impressed by the level of service these two gentlemen provided! Very prompt, knowledgeable, timely, professional, and approachable service! For food we ordered soy-glazed steamed Edamame (sauce on the side), fire-roasted artichoke, steak Diane, side of spinach, and the falafel salad. Edamame - the pods were either too small (tiny undernourished Edamame peas inside... Not very appetizing) or too stringy. Artichoke - mostly burnt leaf-not meaty, just dry and burnt... (Probably off season in winter) Spinach - poor presentation, serving too small-no larger than my palm for $7 :( Steak Diane - meat was dry, not cooked well, although the accompanying mashed potatoes and grilled onions and mushrooms was divine Falafel salad - there big handfuls of chopped lake and lettuce, 5 pcs halved baby tomatoes, no cucumbers, one pc red onion... The salad was graciously returned. Overall the food was of unsatisfactory quality, but the service was tremendously impressive. I voiced my concerns to the manager on duty who was very generous and understanding. I recommend this restaurant if youre looking for a change in ambience, exemplary service, and are geographically confined to the mall.

I visited The Cheesecake Factory last night with some friends to celebrate my birthday and it was absolutely devastating how bad the evening went. Our server was rude, inattentive, and did not follow through on request. In situations like this one, you expect the food to make up for the lackluster service, but unfortunately, it did not! The food at best was okay (had to send items back). We tried to speak with our server as politely and inconspicuously as possible, but nothing changed. We then spoke with a manager that tried to make things right, but it took her over an hour to finalize her decision and pass out our checks (the server never came back). The Cheesecake Factory use to be my favorite place to eat, but over the years I have seen the standard of excellence that Cheesecake Factory is known for disappear. This was not my first bad experience, and I truly hope the right general manager, manager, PR person, etc. reads this review and understands some changes really need to be made! I DO NOT plan to ever go back to Cheesecake Factory and if you value customer service, my recommendation is that you save yourself the time and just grab some cheesecake togo!

Absolutely Awful.. I figured a 12 dollar hamburger would be good.. on their menu as a Glamburger, "The factory burger" was the worst burger I can remember having.. certainly not anything glamorous about it.. they served it cold, with a tiny little serving of undercooked french fries. The "burger" was a small piece of dried out meat on a small sourdough roll.. with a slice of tomato and cheddar cheese over the tomato.. not even melted cheese... no mayo or mustard... nothing.. and the fries are better at mcdonalds, and you get more at mickey dees on their value menu... STEER CLEAR OF CHEESECAKE FACTORY... Now, the cheesecake was delicious.. for 8 bucks a slice it should be... once again, you might think for 8 bucks, it would be a decent sized slice.. not any more... just a narrow sliver... So overall, CHEESECAKE FACTORY IS A HUGE RIPOFF.. long waits, cold food that sucks.. thats what to expect... id recommend fast food over it any day... if you want good food and value, look elsewhere... I gave one star because it wouldnt allow me to give a zero star rating..
