Called the new caney post office to ask a question about passports got put on hold for over 20 minutes just for somebody to get back on the phone and put me back on hold for another 10 minutes before i hung up. called the will post office and was quickly greeted by a wonderful lady who withing a couple minutes quickly found the answer to my question. When i get ready to officially go do my passport, even though new caney is alot closer to me, i will make a sacrifice to go to the willis post office just cause i LOVED how quickly and nicely they took care of me. Thank you.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Our delivery person has now lost three packages in one week. Despite a supposed confirmation of delivery nothing was delivered. The workers at the post office were no help at all. They only continued to say that it says it was delivered. If that was the case it would have been in my box. Instead of trying to find out what happened they simply said we should ask for a new delivery from the business.

We just left here - this is the best post office My husband and I have been to. Keisha there works on Saturdays - she was very accommodating, polite, and made us feel secure that our passports would come back in time. The entire staff was welcoming. Highly recommend this office.

I would give this place 0 stars is possible!!! Worst customer service ever! Lost a certified letter and then was rude about it! Its been 2 days and have yet to receive any type of phone call with an update! You have one job deliver mail and you loose it smh...

Nice post office if you get a yellow card or paper or whatever out of your mailbox go in to the two doors and youll get your box

There phone is ALWAYS off the hook. They hold packages too long.
