Disappointing. My appointment got pushed an hour later without my knowledge despite having a text confirmation that my appointment was at 3. I get to my appointment an hour later, I sit in the chair, I show them the picture, they looked their inventory only to let me know they didnt have enough dye to dye my hair. I have never walked into a salon where they didnt have enough red dye given that coloring your hair red, blue, purple and other crazy colors is very popular right now. They do a test strip on my hair and while theyre mixing the color, I have never heard a stylist complain so much about the smell of a dye that a client wants in their hair, or have a stylist complain about the latest hair trends. How do you think that makes me feel as the client sitting in the chair? I was very disappointed I left work early for something that didnt even happen.

The owner is a very skilled hair stylist and has been doing hair for 20 years. My children love Alpine Hair Salon because Marci knows how to do all the new styles. The atmosphere is relaxed, so you dont feel like your being herded through like most hair salons. You call and reserve your appointment and that time is yours. If you want something fixed Marci is more than happy to fix it and you dont have the next client looking over your shoulder waiting for their appointment. The waiting room is beautiful with a huge 60" flat screen TV and a massage chair. The price is great and everyone in the family gets what they want. Tip: Ask about the Alpine Hair Salon Card. If you use lots of hair services it will save you money.

I am usually scared of haircuts because I just love my hair, but I trust alpine hair salon with my hair any day! They know what they are doing and will cut it in the perfect way that you tell them to! Also, the hair stylists there are so friendly! You will enjoy sitting there as you talk the time away with the them. There was never any awkward conversational moments! Go here, trust me its worth it! Tip: Ask about their buy a $40 gift card and get a $10 gift card for free!
