We just recently moved to Centerville and started having car trouble. I was worried about going to a new auto repair shop because I had terrible experiences with some of the larger chain stores, such as Pepboys, Midas, Jiffy Lube, etc., dealerships, and smaller mechanic shops in the past. I decided to roll the dice on Extreme Auto. They had good reviews overall, though not that many of them. I called before hand to find out about how much a standard diagnostic would cost, along with the amount of time. I then went into the shop. It wasnt hard to find though it was a little bit off the main road. The staff was well dressed and the owner was there as well. Each of the mechanics certifications were displayed in plain view and they had a nice customer waiting area if you did need to wait for your car to be fixed and they also offered a shuttle service if you preferred not to wait and to come back later. Extreme Auto did a great job finding out what was wrong with my car. I brought my 94 Toyota Corolla in because it was making grinding noises from the engine. They were able to diagnose my problem in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. They also gave me a fair quote to fix the problems that they had found. They explained everything that they were doing along the way and were professional and courteous to work with. While I was waiting for them to finish my car they had many happy customers come and go. I will definitely go back to Extreme Auto if I have further auto needs.

It doesnt get any better than Justin and the guys at Extreme Auto Centerville. I trust them absolutely. I first met them 10 years ago right after another shop had recommended replacing the ball joints on my almost new Ford Excursion. I ran it down there, his mechanics looked at it and said the ball joints were great. I still have that truck and its still running smooth 10 years later, front end solid as a rock. (saved me $1,200 that time). Another time they fabricated a part for the chassis of my 2003 Jaguar because the individual part wasnt available from Jaguar. The charge for that was $120.00 instead of $2,400 the dealer wanted. Once my cars are out of warranty, these are the only mechanics I let touch them. I trust them absolutely and when a car does need work, their work is top notch.

Awesome customer service and mechanics. I have had pleasing experiences here a few times, but most recently, I dropped off my car at closing time with a dead battery. Chad was very nice and told me right away after looking up my info that my battery was still under warranty and if that was indeed the only problem then it would be replaced at no charge. Chad called me the next day and told me my car was ready to go, warranty honored, battery replaced, no charge. He didnt try to sell me any other service or repair. That kind of honesty combined with their obvious mechanic expertise has been very refreshing for me. You will not regret getting your car serviced and repaired here.

I have been going to this shop for a few years and I can say without and doubt after years of looking and calling and price matching and quality of service at shops from provo to ogden this is by far without any doubt the best one. They always work with your time frame the best they can and I have never had a single complaint and I am super picky. They KNOW mechanics and have a super curtious staff and the mechanics really know what they are doing and they have all the tools for any yob. (I meant to say yob). This is the most honest shop you will find along with skill speed, agility and mana. The only thing they dont have is an onsite blacksmith. Hands down best shop in utah.

Honesty, integrity, and a willingness to put their money where their mouth is. Justin has done lots of work for me in the past, ranging from full motor replacements, transmissions, pre-purchase inspections, and other small jobs. Justin stands behind everything he does, and it is obvious he cares about his reputation. Justin continuously has gone above and beyond to ensure that we were satisfied. He is thorough, upfront and fairly priced! When I need work done, buy a new car, its great to know that you have someone who you can count on to do quality work and stand behind it! I was privileged to work with Justin at extreme auto for a couple of months. I saw the shop inside and out and how it ran, and it has to be one of the best shops ive seen. Justin will give you the complete truth about your car and the absolute necassary repairs needed for it. The technitions there are very experienced and are very good. Very very rarely did i see anyone have to come back to have their car fixed again, and which by they way they fixed it without a hassle free of charge. the prices are good. if you are looking for a shop that you need to trust, then this is the place to go.

JUSTIN IS THE BEST!!! What you want most in a repair shop (knowledge/capable of finding and fixing the problem; honesty) Extreme Auto in Centerville has them both. I take all my cars there and they always find the problem, discuss all options, complete the repair, and dont make you break the bank for the service. I will never take any car I ever own anywhere else. Everything from oil changes to major repairs. Both domestic and foreign automobiles; Justin and his staff are the best at what they do. I cannot recommend anyone as highly as I recommend this business.

The Harshest
I really enjoyed my experience here. Had a transmission problem that turned out to be the solinoid. Left it there over the weekend and they got it fixed and running for me at about the exact price I expected something like that to cost. Friendly workers who always were happy to keep me updated on the work being done. Talked to multiple employees and they were all very friendly. Fixed a blinker problem too I was having. Thanks Xtreme Auto! It was a pleasure doing buisness with you. I will be sure to send anyone I know with transmission issues your way!

The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. This is the only place I take my vehicles for service anymore. They include a inspection list of items that need attention or to be watched that are rated based on severity. Ive never felt pressured by it. And when I ask about items on the list, I get honest answers about if it actually NEEDS to be done and if so, when it needs to get done. I drive a lot for work, this crew has kept my truck on the road without incident from 100k to well over 200k in the last couple years.

I have used Extreme Auto for a number of years on repairs for both personal cars and cars that need repairs prior to selling them at the independent dealership I work at. I appreciate the straight forward approach. I am told what the car needs, if there are options and then allowed to make my own decision on repairs. I find the pricing to be competitive, the work to be done right and work done in a timely manor as relating to what I was told. Thank you Justin and team for always doing a great job. Rick
