They broke my wheel studs (bolt that holds the wheel to the car) and lug nuts right in front of me and refuse to admit fault. My car wasnt derivable for a week because of a simple tire change. Staff lied straight to my face and where very rude to me. I bought 4 tires for my car from Tire works. I had to wait about 2 hours for the tires to be delivered just to be told that they where out of stock. I settled for a different brand tire that was delivered about a hour later. When mounting my tires, they put scratches and deep gouges on my new rims. I went home to inspect my wheels and found the lug nuts overtighten. I couldnt take the lug nuts off at all. I took my car back to the shop to have them remove the lug nuts. About 3 hours of waiting and staff trying to avoid me, they snapped the wheel studs from my car into my lug nuts. The studs they didnt snap where cross threaded and ruined. They refuse to admit fault to the any of the damage even though I was standing right behind them when the bolts broke. All the staff members where very rude to me and made up every excuse in the book as to why it wasnt their fault. For about a week I had to take a uber driver to work because my car was missing lug nuts and was unsafe to drive. I took my car to another shop to fix the wheel studs. The cost to get those broken parts replaced was only 120 dollars. Not including labor. My awesome mechanic at FT Eighty six installed my wheel studs for free because It wasnt a difficult repair and he felt bad about what happened. I still have to get my rims repaired too but atleast I can drive my car again. Other disturbing things I saw: They use a air ratchet to tighten down the lug nuts on all customers cars. They use a torque wrench as a hammer. (Google what happens if you even drop a Torque wrench) Using a pipe wrench (Pipe wrenches are for household plumbing ) Manager was smoking a cigarette inside the garage. Other people where in the lobby for 2-3 hours at a time for simple jobs. Etc. And after that whole novel I just wrote above, theres still so much more wrong that occurred while I was there. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this shop

Initially, on Sunday 2-16-14 I was calling around to find a specific set of tires for my car, since it is all wheel drive and needed them to be the same as what was on the vehicle prior. As I called around to several other tire shops within the West Las Vegas area, I had no luck whatsoever until I called the 7735 W Sahara Ave Las Vegas, NV 89117 store. Jeremy answered, and was incredibly helpful. I explained to him the situation, and he let me know about the buy two get two promotion, as well as the Tire Works credit card. Since I didnt have quite enough money to get the four tires, I would need to get the credit card to be able to proceed. When I arrived to the store, Jeremy continued his excellent service. He approved me for credit minutes after I filled out the application, and he got the car started. Jesus, the technician also was amazing, and did an excellent job with the vehicle. I told them that I was going to be taking the vehicle for a long trip for my grandmothers funeral the next weekend, and needed to make sure it was ready. I would have never thought to come to Tire Works and receive this incredible level of service. I work in the automotive service industry, and have great passion for both aspects, of course. I will strongly encourage others to come here, and plan on having the guys do suspension work and tires for as long as I am living in the area!

Cannot recommend to any one even my enemies. Went in on a Friday because of overheating issues, they said its an easy fix. I just need to pay $110 for diagnosing the problem and then they just need to replace some parts gaskets etc. Should be done by 4pm. I called and they said the parts have not arrived and that they should be there tonight and should be done by Saturday 11pm. Called them at 1 pm, no parts yet. they then said Monday afternoon. Same thing happened. Finally Tuesday 5pm I got the car back. I commented that there is something leaking when I saw the car parked. They said its normal. I paid $800+.. 48 hours later drove the car for 10mins and the same overheating problem happened. Got stuck on the freeway for 2 hours... When I got to this store they said they cannot do anything because it was someone elses job and it was late. The next day spoke to them and they said A different part had to be replaced worth $380.00. I felt like the parts they replace initially was ok and was not broken. Its been a week and so far it works and no overheating. Long story short: - No one called back at any point as promised - initial diagnosis worth $110.00 was wrong - Replaced parts even though it was not broken - Parts take forever

Ive been a loyal customer of Tire Works since 2011 and I wouldnt trust my car to any other automotive shop. They have more than one location which helps if I ever have an emergency and cant make it to my regular store. They take my car in right away and are so great with communicating any wait I may have (which is never longer than expected). The staff are knowledgeable about what work I need done on my car and they explain it to me in a language I can understand. The mechanics always do a great job and I never have to take my car back for the same problem. Thanks Taylor and Charlie for always taking the time to explain the work needed on my car and putting my families safety first!!

I go in for an oil change which a door-to-door salesman sold me (3 for $25, good deal right?) - and waited for almost TWO HOURS. They tried to convince me to buy everything - new battery, all other fluids, hoses, etc. After insisting I dont need any of that crap (or dont want to pay their inflated prices, rather) they finally give me my truck back. I turned onto Sahara and my truck fishtailed - I thought this was weird because it was 100 degrees and sunny. I then looked down at my oil pressure gauge to realize I had none (pressure). I naturally proceeded to glance in my rearview and observed a small river of oil following me on the street. I was late to work.

A 20 min tire change turned into a 2 hour nightmare. Instead of telling us to come back when the new tires arrive and they can put it on quickly, they instead took my car, took the tires off and let it sit in the shop for 2 hours. I had no choice but to stay hostage there with my 3 yo old and very pregnant wife and sit in their 80 degree waiting room. The WORST customer service ever. No apologies, no action to make things better. Just a shrug and here is your bill. Hate this place so much. I will make sure NO ONE in my circle goes to this place ever. If they say they need to get your tires elsewhere because they dont have it, go elsewhere.
