UPDATED TO FIVE STARS Update.... Chris and I had an opportunity to review my experience and he went out of his way to assure me that the experience I had is not typical. Seeing the willingness to provide a customer with great service and given that aside from Doug everybody at the dealership acted professional I bought the car. Go see Brandon my sales guy, he is knowledgeable and personable, (should you encounter the sales manager Doug just ask for somebody else before he tries to bully you) and your experience will be great. Hoping for a great experience with my new car. ORIGINAL ISSUE I almost bought a car here yesterday...... I had done my research with the different Ford dealers online and decided to drive all the way to Ann Road from Henderson because Team Ford Lincoln seemed to have a truck that met my criteria. It was priced at $29000 on the Internet and when I arrived the very stock number had a sign was $37000, now $34000 so I already had the hairs on my neck stand up. The sales guy said they would of course honor the Internet price but this already does not seem like an above the table practice for me. Since this was the car I wanted I had done my homework and knew exactly what I was going to pay for it and it was a combination of a trade and cash. I was upfront with my sales man who was pleasant throughout the experience (I wish I remembered his name). And he came back after (the usual wait) and presented their offer which was far from mine. I reminded him that my offer was a "line in the sand" and that it was a yes or no deal. He walked away and left me waiting again (not sure why dealerships always seem to think this is a good practice...) Then came the dealerships biggest mistake he returned wit Doug who is supposed to be a sales manager. He started to go on about how great the car was and I reminded him that I waited long enough and that this was a yes and no scenario on my part so no need to waste more time. After three more attempts from Doug and his big monologues I had arrived at the conclusion that a barrier in intelligence might keep him from understanding that I was not going to pay more than my offer. When I asked for my key and driver license he became bellingerend at which time I asked to see his boss. The boss arrived and was pleasant, still trying to sell the car even trying to convince me that instead of paying cash I should finance but he was at least not a sleazy guy like Doug and we shook hands understanding that we can just not make a deal. I walk out to my car and as I am to drive off the lot my sales man stops me saying they would now agree to the deal as the GM feld bad about Doug. I walk back into the dealership and then wait around. Bored I begin reading the Yelp experiences and realize that others had the same unpleasant sales experience and the longer I sit there the more I feel like I should not give them my business. I then left without buying a car. My sales man and his boss seemed pleasant but this Doug guy rouined it for me and I probably am missing out on what could have been a good deal but I feel the need to stand up myself and vote with my $$$

This place is a freaking joke!! Dont even waist your time going there. We went in just to look and found a truck we liked the sales lady told us it was $10,000 off the truck thru Monday so we came back Monday (over 100 miles out of our way) to buy the truck and they tell us its not $10,000 off of that truck its the 2013 xlt only when the lady knew we were looking at a 2014 platinum. Then they tell us they can offer the $10,000 off but ONLY if we finance threw ford. They pull our credit dropping our credit score 5 points each then tell us we cant finance threw ford and told us since we couldnt finance threw ford they could give us $9,000 off instead which was fine, BUT they didnt tell us it was only $1,000 difference if we financed threw ford. We would have never agreed to them pulling our credit and financing threw ford in the first place if we would have known it was only $1,000 difference. Then they tried to tell us we couldnt take the truck home that day because we werent financing threw them when we were paying with a personal check up front. Then they finally solved that issue and we told them there still needed to be a lien holder on it even though we were paying with a check. After being in the dealership for 5 LONG MISERABLE HOURS we finally left with our new truck. They told us our paperwork would be here in NO LATER THAN 2 weeks (when our temporary expired) then 2 weeks later the day our temporary expires they call us wanting to know where to send the papers when we already told them multiple times to send it to the dmv and gave them the dmv adress so we told them just to overnight it to our house so we could get it taken care of ASAP. Well the paperwork gets here and of course there is no lien holder on it and they try to tell us they cant put a lien holder on it even though they can they just dont want too! Finally they got their supervisor involved after we told them we would never buy from them again and tell everyone we know not to buy from them either because they are a freaking joke! Then of course the supervisor says they can put a lien holder on it and that they would fix it. So here we are waiting another 2 weeks for them to fix our papers because they were too lazy to do it right to begin with! I love ford and I drive nothing but fords and will continue to drive only fords for the rest of my life but I will never waist my time at this dealership again!

Took my 2016 f150 in with 6500 miles for a running concern. First we got a spark plug misdiag. Then cylinder heads. Picked it up to find a hose dragging on the ground. Oil dripping everywhere. Grommets left loose. Wiring not clipped back in. Took it back and they fixed everything they left loose. They doctor the paperwork to cover forgetting to clear faults and reset cam adaptations. The writer Dan is cool. Claud never returns phone calls. Forman acts inconvenienced by my issues. Didnt even acknowledge me standing there. My family is diehard ford. From my father to grandfather to my son who loves my mustangs. I own 6 fords. Love this truck but now I question it. If this hack that didnt care enough to spray 1/2 a can of brake clean at the oil all over the frame cared that much, how did he act when he was inside the engine? Did he clean the block before putting the heads on? Did he torque the heads? How many issues am I going to have months or years down the road because he didnt care. Good thing to think about when I cut a truck payment while its sitting at the dealership. My kids ride in it and when it feels like its going to stall on me I lose faith in the company and the product. No one at corporate ford seams to care. I wanted a new SuperDuty but after this experience hell no. Ill never buy another new ford again. *****update copied from my yelp review***** Take customer service very serious? Funny is that before or after you guys refused to work on my truck? Because now I am sitting in a parking lot with my wife and kids on the phone with your service department who called you and Claud and you refuse to let me tow my truck in. Youll "reject it" thats great customer service. Do s****y repairs and refuse to make it right so I have to keep bringing it in. Then refuse to work on it. Now Im left sitting in 104 degree heat with my kids and I just had to push this pile out of a drive through. You know its bad when the corporate ford customer service rep is appalled at how you treat customers. This falls directly on your shoulders. You and Claud have your selves to blame. This should cost you your jobs. This blatant disregard for your customers is what makes team stand out. No regard for customers and no regard for my 3 kids that I have to explain "why wont mommys truck start?" Just let us sit in the heat. Unbelievable.
