Found this place on Yelp and the reviews seemed trustworthy, and specifically called out Carly, the owner, whom I requested. She is terrific, and the facilities are very pleasant. I did something to my upper back and had discomfort for weeks. In just one session, Carly was able to work out most of the knotted up muscles. She was very receptive to my questions and patiently explained what she was doing to alleviate the problem. She also gave me sound advice on how to expedite the healing with tips on sitting at my desk and icing the problem areas. I will definitely be back!

So impressed with my entire experience there today!!! My 90 minute massage was extremely relaxing & therapeutic. I scheduled again for another massage as soon as I was done!! Cant wait!!! This was an amazing place to go for my first experience with Yoga. The instructor of the class was very patient and understanding, even when I got shaky towards the end she advised me to go into the fetal position. Its a very calm and peaceful environment. I will continue to go back and recommend to anyone that wants to take Yoga.
