My daughter did ballet and tumble at DDA for a year. We had the worst experience with this school For a number of reasons. One: we felt like all they cared about was getting paid. Emphasis on payments and wanting all fees up front was really off putting the way they handled it. Also they made a rule that if you didnt pay in time they charge you a $10 late fee and they started requiring your credit card to be on file and if you were late, they would charge your credit card plus a 10% transaction fee and the $10 late charge. So ridiculous. Two: in the whole year of instruction my daughter received here, she did not learn a single thing. It felt like we were paying for daycare. Three: they give weird vibes, its all business and we didnt feel like they cared about anybody, just getting paid. They need to separate the preschool and dance studio because its always too busy and chaotic. Four: we had some altercations with them a few times because our recital pictures were lost in the mail for four months. We travel for work and had asked them to hold our pictures and we would pick them up at the studios when we returned, but they mailed them because they werent picked up. Then they tried to tell us we had told them to mail the pictures. During the period they were lost, we tried to work with them to figure out a solution to the problem, maybe getting new copies or retakes because we already paid for them and they would say ok we will figure it out, but they didnt do anything, so it seemed they could care less about helping to solve the issue. Basically "oh well!" Kind of attitude. Oh well, we are glad we left this awful place! We went with another dance studio and my daughter actually learned to do a cartwheel in one month and got moved up a level in two months vs not learning a thing in the year she tumbled here. DDA tumble class is like a production line. They flip them but dont teach them how to properly perform a cartwheel or a flip, they just flip them in a line, one by one. Then they go back around and stand in line to repeat. Then they spend the last 15 min of class bouncing balls around. And the ballet class sucks too, they spent (tumble class was like this too) too much time doing roll call. Took 10-15 min to do roll call, then they stretch for ten, and do actual ballet for maybe 15 min then the rest of the class they threw bouncy balls around and called it a day. I understand roll call but seriously! Do you need to spend 1/3 of the class time doing roll call?! When I brought up this issue to the owner, Tiffani, she would just state they were the cheapest and we wouldnt find cheaper elsewhere and roll call is time for instructors to "bond" with students. She is right, it is the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, and I also paid for a lot more than that. So it didnt end up being the cheapest anyway with all the fees and costumes and shoes. Worst instruction I have ever seen. Its supposed to be a dance school, but felt like I was dropping my daughter off at daycare. My daughter even hated it. They dont "teach" anything. Save yourself money and spend more elsewhere for quality instruction. I now pay twice as much, but receive amazing instruction and my daughter LOVES going!

Davis Dance Academy is the best dance studio out there! I have had children dancing there for over 11 years. They have the most amazing teachers that love and really care about the dancers. They have learned so much, not only about dancing, but also about life lessons that have made them better people and better dancers. Their technic and choreography are outstanding. They prepared my oldest daughter for making the cheer squad and also the drill team at her high school. Their pricing is great, especially compared to other studios that offer the same thing. The director, Tiffiny, always listens to any issues that you have and takes immediate action to resolve them. She also does her best to keep costs down, especially with costuming and fees. After our first couple of years at DDA, we checked out 12 other studios- just to see what else was out there. We could not find any other studio that even came close to offering what DDA offers. They always have their policy posted on their website if I ever have questions about anything. I love DDA and I am so grateful to Tiffiny and all the instructors for all the time and energy that they spend on behalf of my kids. They truly CARE about who they are!!! I cant say enough good!!! Check it out for yourself!

My two girls have been on their competitive teams this year and have grown more in dance than I could have ever expected! I am constantly having to admit to my girls...yep, mommy has never done that before, or that, or that;o) I love watching their confidence and their work ethic grow by leaps and bounds, as well! Most recently, I have been so excited, because I really wanted to put two of my younger kids into a hip hop class over the summer together. When I noticed that their initial summer schedule didnt include a rec hip hop class, I emailed them asking if they would think about adding one this summer! I was thrilled when I saw that they had added the hip hop class in and I immediately signed them up! We plan on being a super happy part of the DDA Family for years and years to come!!!!!

My daughter has been taking dance classes at Davis Dance Academy for the last three years. Prior to that she took one year of dance elsewhere. After her first year I knew we needed to find a better fit for her. I felt like she wasnt being challenged or improving in her dancing abilities. It felt more like a play dance class rather than something professional. In looking for some place new I heard good things about Davis Dance Academy. I looked into their prices and was really pleased. We signed her up and I have been overall very happy with our experience. Her instruction has been wonderful. She has improved in her ability and her confidence as a dancer has increased. Im happy we found this place!

Davis Dance Academy is my daughters second home. She has danced with DDA for 7 yrs and we cannot imagine taking our business elsewhere. Tiffiny has always been upfront with how she handles her competition team and she does her very best to ensure every detail and cost are explained when you sign your contract. She is honest and caring. The teachers at DDA care about each dancer and push them to reach individual goals. The team members strive to make each other dance farther, harder, stronger than they thought they could. They dance to make each other proud. I have said to friends looking for a new studio that the dancers, teachers and director at DDA are what make it wonderful.

Read the contract before signing. First of all they make you sign the contract right after the big recital when the girls are most hyped up. This is done purposefully as a play on emotions and is done before they even try out to see if they make the team or not. Then, if your mercurial 5 year old daughter decides she does not want to dance anymore they will stick you with all the payments even in the case where they have replaced your daughter with someone else who is paying them as well. I believe these people are very dishonest. They will hound you and send you to collections and threaten legal action. I do not recommend this company.
