The first time I went to Waffle Love was amazing. The brother of the owner provided great service with a great waffle. A week later, I took some friends and the service was HORRIBLE. The young lady has no customer service skills. When I got my order, the waffle was raw in the middle. I took it to her and told her it was raw. She got defensive and said "Well I make sure they are cooked through." "I understand," I said, "but this one is a little undercooked." "Well you want me to cook it again." She snapped at me. "Uh yeah please". But what got my nerves is that as she turned around she rolled her eyes at me. Which I find very rude and disrespectful. Later, when I asked for her name, she didnt want to give it to me. "Why do you want to know?" she asked. "Because its part of customer service." I replied. The young lady told me, with a attitude, that she just went (as in last night) through a family tradegy. If true, I feel sorry for her, but why is she working if she is emotionally unstable? Where is the good management? Dont know if I can believe that story. I worked in the food indsutry for 10 years and I know how some people lie and make up stories just to deal or not to deal with upset customers. Overall they need better customer service and better management for the employees who are going through family crisis.

Food fads are interesting. It was frozen yogurt for a while, then smoothies, then cupcakes, now its gourmet ice cream and coffee shops. Among the recent trends are waffles. Waffle shops and wagons have sprung up all over. Waffle Love was highly recommended so my son and I tried it a few nights ago. It was a Saturday night and the service was a bit slow. On top that, their seating arrangement was such that two or three people waiting at each table meant no seating for those wanting to eat-in. After waiting out a table and finally getting our waffles, the product was fairly good if not a bit smaller portions than expected. My son had a waffle with fruit, which was tasty but hardly remarkable. He could have done the same thing with an Eggo, a fresh banana and some Redi-Whip. I ordered the "Dulce de Leige" which comes topped with fried ice cream. It was very tasty and would be a menu item I would recommend for first-timers. That said, I cant imagine these guys will be around a couple of years from now. It seemed gimmicky, and while it was tasty, paying just south of $8 for one small waffle will soon lose its novelty. I say try it before this becomes another "remember when they had that waffle place on 25th"-type business.

Ive never tried waffle love before so I decided to stop by and buy one for me and my son. I ordered 2 red wonders. That store wasnt busy at all so you expect them to be ready fast, maybe even 15 minutes MAX. I went to the restroom upstairs and took my time. I came down stairs and my waffles were still now ready. So I sat down and waited with my kid. A couple came and ordered and they got their waffle before me. I still sat patiently and waited thinking might waffles might take a little longer to make. My kid was getting super fussy and irratated and I was getting annoyed waiting there too. Other costumers ordered and they got their waffle before as well. Later I asked the girl if my waffle was almost up. And turns out she never put my order in. A total of 40 minutes there for nothing. And they still acted like nothing was wrong as they wasted my time. UPDATE: I was never given a apology or a gift card. All they said was that they were going to make it right now and handed my waffle and told me BYE. If your employe told you that they did then theyre obviously lying.

We went to Waffle Love for about the forth time this summer. Apparently they just lost two managers, and it was pretty obvious. 1) The manager who was there was one of the higher ups from Orem. The whole time he told us about their new move to Logan and how excited he was to put the "Ma and Pop place Waffle Irob" out of business. He literally said that 5 times. He was extremely arrogant. 2) The same manager didnt ask us if we wanted to stay or to go, which isnt too bad a problem. He then forgot to write down our order so the young lady working messed it up. He couldnt care less what the customer said/wanted. 3) Because of his mistake I got a much cheaper option that had add ons I specifically said, twice, I didnt want. Waffle Iron is good if its your only option, otherwise go elsewhere.

Great waffles made with fresh ingredients and freshly made toppings, they whipped the heavy cream right there for my banana creme pie waffle. But they do seem a bit expensive for how much waffle they give you, it was $15 for two waffles and two soft drinks. I was expecting more of a meal for a $7 waffle and I got more of a snack instead. Service was ok but I had to tell them they were out of lemonade and they hadnt restocked forks, they seemed kinda bothered when I asked for forks because all they wanted to do was talk to each other instead of restocking things and doing their jobs.

Was really excited to try this place but was so disappointed. They were out of soda, coffee and utensils. While we were waiting for our food they even ran out change to be able to take cash. When my mom finally got her food the waffle was burned and they kept burning the waffles and serving them. After realizing they forgot our order I decided just to get my money back and go somewhere else.

My friend & I drove a long way to come here. It was closed. On their website & on their window the hours said 8am -11am. We were there at 945. There was no one in site. There were two other girls there as well & they were also disappointed. My friend later took a picture at seven thirty that evening and they were open! How does that work? Honestly! I didnt even want to give the one star.

The Sammy should be taken off the menu. The egg inside of the croissant waffle was not able to cook all the way through. I ended up with clear lougie looking are egg dripping out of the sandwich. Made me sick to my stomach. And bowel evacuation for the rest of the day. I envy my boys and their mom who ordered the nutella love and churro with cream. Both of those were fantastic.

This location seems to be a little slow but they are generally pretty busy and they make everything to order which makes it hard to complain when you get a hot delicious waffle delivered to you. This is a great addition to the 25th street here in Ogden. They kept an awesome feeling environment with a very old but modern feel. Its a great blend and it makes it very inviting.

I went into Waffle Love this Tuesday and it was amazing. There was only one girl working there, I think I remember her name being Megan when I asked. She greeted me as I came in and offered some very good recommendations. The food here was great, maybe a bit pricy, but definitely worth the cost. Would recommend it for the customer service and the unique food and experience.
