I rented out the venue for a wedding and ceremony. Its a beautiful venue and the pricing is fair but they definitely nickel and dime you for everything. Upon arrival at the venue the bridesroom and bridesmaid room was boiling hot. My make up artist bailed last minute for my make up so I did my makeup on my own. It was so hot up there that my make up was literally melting off my face. My wedding coordinator came up a few times only brought drinks up to all of us once which kind of sucked. I complained about the heat and she said she would get the AC on up there but it never happen. The entire night was very unorganized and went by quick. Before I knew it, it was 10PM and I was just then getting to my daddy daughter dance. I didnt get to throw my bouquet or do the garter toss. They said we had the venue until midnight but started kicking everyone out at 1030. In addition, we paid the 700 for their bartender, and the bartender was not worth it at all. I offered to provide instructions for our favorite drink and they said no. She made the drink and it was disgusting. To top it all off, we wanted to do meat and cheese platters for our wedding. They told us they could get the same cheese and meats we requested that we wanted to bring from caputos. The meats and cheese were not the same. They tasted like meats and cheese that you could go get from a walmart or costco deli. It was pretty disappointing. The cake however was delicious, staff was friendly and helpful. All in all- Hertiage is great, but bring your own wedding planner, if you choose to go here. Have a plan be organized because it kind of all falls on your shoulders. I probably wouldnt recommend renting heritage but it is a gorgeous spot.

I had my wedding there Jan 14, 2017. Cassady was our wedding coordinator that day. She did a fantastic job! We had a run down of the ceremony beforehand and had some great directions. She made sure everything went smoothly from the ceremony to the reception. She made sure that we were ready for our first dance and announced it for us. They seriously take care of everything for you. The food was great! It is really good that they save you food just in case you didnt eat. My guests kept commenting on how beautiful the venue is. It was too cold to spend much time in the outdoors area, but it is still beautiful. They are professional and easy to work with. They have been hosting weddings for a long time and they have a lot of experience. You will have a great wedding! My only suggestion is to have a small sewing kit for available in case something happens to any of the bridal party (or the brides dress). My wedding was amazing and would recommend them to any bride looking for a venue.

This place unfortunately has gone down hill. My brother was married here many many years ago and it was amazing. I recently went here for a friends wedding and it was so hot. They did not run the air conditioning at all. There were nearly 200 guests packed inside, all dressed up in suits or formal wear and sweating. They finally opened the doors to try and get a breeze through, but it was still unbearable. The food service was very slow, however, the food was amazing! The public restrooms had plugged toilets. This place has always been known to be great, but maybe today was an off day for them? I am not sure. I hope they get their air conditioning fixed because the rest of the issues would not have been issues if it was a decent temperature inside.

My husband and I visited what felt like a hundred venues before walking into HG and as soon as we did, we said to each other THIS IS THE ONE! This place was magical for our wedding! From the first tour we took to the final day, everything went great without a single problem. The staff at Heritage Gardens looked after us the entire time, the hostesses were wonderful and attentive. The place was clean and ready to go when we showed up, the servers did a great job and the food was DELICIOUS! The bar outside was perfect for our guests and our photos in the garden look like they came from a magazine. Our guests are still complementing us in our choice of venue, sooo happy we had the wedding of our dreams at Heritage Gardens :))))))))))))))))))))

They will take care of everything if you want them to and either have in-house people or trusted vendors to do so. Or, if you have vendors you want to use they let you use them, aside from the catering which is in-house only and is delicious and works with whatever you want to do! One thing to realize is if ordering the invitations from them (and probably most everywhere) there is assembly required. They let you decorate everywhere as long as it doesnt damage the wall, and are so good about reminding you when you should be getting things done. Loved the experience there!

We had our ceremony and reception here. This place is the best. They make you feel no stress. They did so awesome to make sure everything was in place and ready to go. When we were taking pictures after our ceremony the hostess grabbed us food for us and got our sweetheart table ready that way if the food ran out we would be able to eat. They are so kind also and organized. The hostess never met me and knew I was the groom. I highly recommend going here. They also were awesome to plan with. They again were so organized. And were ready to roll.

This place was amazing. I just had my wedding there and was very impressed. They took a lot of the stress out of planning because they could handle everything. The building was awesome and a lot of our guests commented on how great the location was and how nice everything was. Also, the food was delicious. Everyone loved it and wanted to know who had catered. They were amazed that it was made there. Overall a great place and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to plan a wedding.

It was nice good service until my truck was unfortunately broken into in their parking lot. They refused to let us see the video and suggested it could have been someone from the wedding party. Then nearly a week later they sent a email stating it was our fault for having a purse in the truck and then implied that due to the open bar our memorys may be fuzzy! I wouldnt recommend the venue to anyone they are zero help with any extraordinary situation spend your money elsewhere

Our wedding at Heritage Gardens was incredible. The ceremony took place on the back patio in a beautiful setting. Following the ceremony, we enjoyed a family and friend dinner that was amazing; truly the most delicious food with homemade rolls - no one does it better!! A simple reception with dancing and mingling completed our event. Thank you Heritage Gardens for providing us a great venue, delicious food and beautiful memories.

Cute place for a wedding. The grounds were beautiful. The dressing rooms are cute. They seemed very laid back and nice. The chapel is very small. In my eyes, we attended a small wedding, and there was not enough seating for everyone. I didnt count, but I believe there were about 90-100 guests. We were squished in like sardines. I was unable to move my arm from begins my husbands back to clap for the happy couple.
