Tried buying a house with their agent Parker Smith...it couldnt have been more of a nightmare. He missed every deadline for offers, verbally accepted our offer and then suddenly turned it down...would ignore phone calls and blatantly come up with ridiculous excuses. His "comparable" houses were ones built 50 years newer with a garage (which the property I was looking at buying didnt even have), and he somehow had his sellers convinced their property was worth the same. HATED working with him, would never suggest him or this agency ever again. Im glad they declined my offer because the very next day I found a property I love with another agency. RUN RUN RUN from this agency, they are shady. Oh also...someone should tell Parker Smith that his Facebook is public, since he just wrote this gem about me: "Dear Buyer who I do not represent and whom I have never met. I am sorry that my sellers decided to reject your insulting offer and that I adhere to a strict code of ethics which stipulates I do specifically what my clients tell me to do. Though this may be unfortunate and you may feel you are entitled to whatever you want or desire because your mom and dad coddled you as a child and told you you were "special" does not mean you actually are and that you deserve something just because you were told by your Agent that you do. YOU DO NOT!!! Also, Please stop stalking me cause that is weird." Way to keep it classy when dealing with buyers.
