We began the selling process with one agent, and after a few months really wanted to change. We had heard from our friends about Jared so we decided to give him a shot. He drove 40 minutes to our house and came prepared with info on the area and the current housing market. He also came with an open mind as the price to list our house at. He wanted to see it in person before making that call, and even then he told us that it would ultimately be our decision. He came with no expectations, it was kind of like we were interviewing him for the job. We thought about it through the night and called him the next day and got the contract started. When someone made a reasonable offer on our house and we accepted we then started looking for houses in the Provo area with Jared helping us. I know he is really busy but he always accommodated our schedules and made time to show us homes. He wasnt pushy when we looked at houses. I really dislike how some agents have to know exactly what youre thinking right then. Jared just let us look, and he would answer questions if we had them, but never forced our responses on anything. When we decided to offer on a house, he was extremely helpful on knowing what to offer. Once we agreed on a buying price, he took care of everything. The paperwork was all electronic, he notified me of deadlines coming up, he was available to email, talk or text. And when he was with other clients, he quickly got back to me after he finished up with them. The loan process went smoothly. The closing went smoothly. Moving in went smoothly. And he still keeps in touch with us to make sure were happy with everything. Honestly he cares about his clients. If we ever move, we will absolutely list and buy with Jared again.

Amazing. My husband got a job across the country, and we had 3 weeks to pack, sell the house, and move. The day I found this out, I called Jared and told him that I needed to sell the house yesterday. That VERY night, he came over to get us started. This was our first home, and had no idea what the process was of selling a home. He told us what we, as the sellers, needed to do. Then told us what his team will do. So simple. We had zero time to worry about the house. They did everything for us during a time that was incredibly stressful and scary. Their photographer took impressive photos of the house. We immediately got requests for people to see our home. We had an offer early on, and Jared advised us thoroughly as what to accept and not. Again, we did exactly what he suggested. In the week before we left, so 2 weeks in, we got a cash offer to the price we asked for. Done! By the time we moved, we had the knowledge that the house had the offer, and we left with peace of mind. After we were gone out of state, they continued to email us with every step that was happening. We even needed to have our carpets cleaned. So, the team let the cleaners in to do the job, then closed up for us. Simple, kind things like this, is a small part that blew us away. We trusted them fully, during the most stressful time in our lives, and they got the job done as soon as possible. I have already recommend Jared and his team to family members and friends. I only wish they were here in Texas to continue helping us! Thank you Jared!!!

Sherida is truly a one-of-a-kind person and a pleasure to work with in any situation. We really had no idea where to even begin looking for a buying agent, but did we ever get lucky reaching out to Sherida and the ReMax Results team. Sherida is lightning fast. No exaggeration. Not only does she respond quickly to issues and questions, but she always seemed eager and happy to help. Sherida was very knowledgeable about the Utah County area, where we were looking, and also demonstrated expertise in the entire purchasing process. Any time we had a question she didnt know the answer to she researched it and tried to help is in the best way she could. If you get Sherida as your agent this is what you are going to get: an intelligent, swift negotiator who genuinely cares a lot about real estate and about matching you up with the best home for you (How does this woman not have a waiting list??) The entire process was very smooth, and although I had limited interaction with the entire team, the exposure I had with others was great. Everyone there, Sherida included, are very professional and friendly. People buy and sell homes every day, but it didnt feel like just another transaction when working with this team. Sherida and her team made us feel comfortable and made the kind-of-scary process of purchasing a home into a memorable experience. I know that in the future when Im looking into buying or selling a home, I absolutely will be calling up Sherida. I cannot recommend her and her team highly enough.

When looking for a house this summer (2014) we turned to Jared Fields Reality team. We had only days to looks at houses and needed to make a quick decision. Jared took my husband out and showed him different areas and different homes to get a feel before I came to town weeks later. By then we had narrowed our search to the area we liked. I then selected numerous homes to look at in one day. Jared was able to book just about every home I wanted to see and we went on a marathon of house hunting. Jared was able to get a feel rather quickly of what I liked and didnt like. He also made very good points about each house pros and cons. By the end of the day we narrowed it down to one house and Jared was able to take my husband to see the house the next day. Jared is the best Realtor I have ever worked with and I have worked with several all across the country buying and selling homes. He did everything efficient, effectively and fast. We did not have to worry about anything regarding closing. Jared and his team handled it all. I highly highly recommend the Jared Fields Team when buying and/or selling a house. If you are looking for the best, they are the best.

Sherida truly is the Mary Poppins of Real Estate: practically perfect in every way. She handles herself with grace, good humor, and a solid knowledge base of property management. We were initially very nervous and hesitant to buy a house, but that didnt seem to matter one bit to her: she was willing and able to put forth the patience and effort needed to work with a couple like us, as we learned exactly what it was that we wanted out of a house. Even after two failed attempts to buy a home, she never gave up, and kept up a positive attitude that we would find the house for us, no matter how long it took. She was never pushy, which we honestly found to be so refreshing to see in this business. She even went out of her way and took the extra mile, like if we wanted to look at a house a second time to show family members (she even helped us surprise them when we found our house). Even on closing day, she made sure we were comfortable, and gave us a lovely gift and basket. We will definitely work with Sherida again if we ever need to rent or sell our current property, and if we ever need to buy another property.
