We used Trails & Paths when we bought our "starter" home almost a decade ago. The home we bought was not the type of home that a real estate agency sitting just outside of Las Sendas/Mountain Bridge in NE Mesa was used to buying/selling. To be blunt, it was a beat-up, bank-owned property that we bought on a rehabilitation loan. However, you would have never guessed that we were a low-$ client based on how we were treated by this office. Any time we had a question or needed something, the staff (and especially Cathy, our agent), responded with speed and courtesy as if we were buying a million dollar property. They were extremely friendly and have kept in touch (without being pushy/annoying) in the intervening years. I think it speaks to the character of the people here that they treated us so well even though we probably bought the cheapest home they had dealt with in years (maybe ever). Some day soon we will be using this agency again (for something a little more pricey, this time) and I look forward to interacting with this office. I recommend this office without reservation to my friends looking to buy or sell in NE Mesa.

My experience working with Coldwell Banker Trails and Paths can be summed up in three words; Support, Advise, & Encouragement. Support comes with the tools and the facility they provide. Advise comes with helpful owners, broker, and staff always willing to share time to discuss any issues necessary. And encouragement with Office Meetings, the Continuing Education Classes offered and training available. All this makes for a successful work atmosphere.
