If you are looking for an incompetent group of people to sell or find you a home, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! This company will not care how they conduct their business with you. In fact they dont actually HAVE to do anything according to their contracts. When they fail to list your home in a timely manner, then list your home incorrectly for another 2 weeks, and use their cell phone to take pictures.... there will be loads of excuses why things arent happening--theyll even blame you after telling you that you are dream clients. They will fail for over a month to give you a copy of the contract you signed as well. I hope you like to follow up over and over about EVERY little thing you are paying them to do because they are fantastic at not getting back to you, or giving you an excuse. If something needs to be taken care of dont worry the people in the office wont be able to do it because they are gone (apparently no one ever works there)--and when they come back youll have to follow up over and over again to make sure things happen. When you are finally done being polite and understanding after every excuse and mistake dont worry, they will let you out of the contract if you pay them thousands. If you try politely to end your business relationship theyll ignore you, blame you, accuse you of dishonesty and demand money (for doing absolutely nothing). Theyll make sure you have a terrible experience. If youre looking for an incompetent office to manage your sale or buying experience, you will be happy here--otherwise, just keep walking.

Great company! Please research the reviews that Melissa has reviewed, all only 1 star as of the date of this review, so take things with a grain of salt. The ad is targeted to let you know that having a professional can help you get more and could be better than a desktop appraisal (even if you broke even, isnt that better than having to deal with the hassle of under qualified buyers looking at your home and helping with all the paperwork and giving you an extra layer of protection?). I love working for the company and really love helping families. Please know that when we work for and with a buyer or seller, we strive for 5 stars as we want them to feel comfortable referring us and we want to develop a long lasting relationship, not just until the property closes.

My Agent is Steve Robinson . The BEST AGENT IN UTAH! I had several layers to my decision on my home purchase . Steve literally showed me probably 40 houses until The One came along. He watched out for my best interest by pointing out details on homes that may become a future problem and negotiated with the sellers agent on my behalf . Steve is a true professional, knows the real estate market and would not sell or represent a buyer just to make money off his clients. He really wants the entire process to be a good experience from start to finish . Not only have I found a new agent who will represent me in the future but a new friend . I feel truly blessed to have met Steve .

Brent Demille has years of experience and so therefore knows a lot of the ins and outs of the business, as well as things to look out for like liens, etc. Hes really conscientious about deadlines and is good about keeping you on task once a home is under contract. We sold our first home with him just over a year ago and we just bought our current home, that were extremely happy with, while working with him. He works hard to schedule showings and will go way out of his way for said showings (our current house is in Layton which is about an hour from Orem where his office is located.) Cant recommend him enough. Thanks Brent and Berkshire Hathaway!
