Very, very unprofessional property management company. They tell you one thing, then say they never said it. We had a call on speaker phone with a house full of people, just so they could hear the so-called "office manager," Crystal. Then she mentioned she never said it! House full of witnesses! What a joke! We did this, due to previous problems with her on other matters because she was known to do this to us. My husband even told her that the next time he spoke with her, that he will be sure to record their conversation. She is so very incompetent!! The first time that he had asked to speak with an office manager, and she told him she was the office manager, we were all completely baffled!! Her boss, Mike, also backs her up on other issues she has told us, in regards to HOA matters. He was also WRONG!! Went straight to the source, meaning the HOA, and proved them both wrong! They try to nickel and dime you, and say that the various fees they charge you are from HOA, yet HOA had no idea what I was even talking about nor even billed us, and had absolutely nothing in their files. Very scandalous business money making schemes!! Home purchase cannot come any sooner!! Cannot wait to move out of their rental property!!! Do NOT rent from them!!!

Denali RE scheduled a prior tenant move-out inspection (1) hour prior to my move-in walk through? Arrived at property to find previous tenant departing after 45-minutes past the appointment time claiming the broker Michael did not show up or return her call. House was in need of major cleaning and repairs. When I inquired as to why the move out and move in was scheduled within (1) hour the broker tried to convince me it was common practice? Completed a move-in inspection addendum and after 30-days only a small number of items have been resolved. The broker has never returned my phone calls, set up my account on the portal and the office admin. has now advised I need to wait for Michael to email me? BTW, I have excellent rental/ownership history, extremely high credit score and am the ideal tenant. Based upon this experience I would never rent a property managed by Denali or contract to have an owned property managed by the firm. This may be the result of just a very bad employee that is representing the firm.

Do not rent from this company. Their managers are ALWAYS busy, Ive only once received a call back, and I moved out almost a month ago. Any issues with the house took DAYS to get in touch (and we had an air handler go out) and it was always "call the warranty company. Oh you dont know it? Give me another day and Ill get it to you." And then, I gave them 2 weeks to get even an itemized listing of our deductions and they would ONLY respond through text messages. Id never get a call back, and THEN Im told the landlord will mail it out. Its been a week since then. I luckily have the landlords number and call him directly. He had no idea I even moved out or how much my deposit was AND he said the management company was responsible for that. These people dont know what theyre doing. They never have answers for renters, and they rarely call back. So glad to be out of that rental.

This is amazingly a worse real estate agency that I dealt with with. I tried to set up an appointment on their website before coming to Arizona and they did not have agent schedule 4 days prior to our coming. After we flew in on Monday and drived by the property, we called to set up an appointment, and they did not have a schedule for the agent yet. We called next day and again, no schedule for the agent to show the property! It looks like for the agency does not have a schedule to show the property for the whole week! If I will be the condo owner, I will not use this agency to list my property. I am about to rent my house before the move to Arizona, and my Property manager is completely opposite to this one!

Mike and everyone at Denali have been terrific as a property mgr. I have a few properties that they manage and have been more than thrilled with the service they provide. My tenants have also reached out to me and said how happy they are with the service they receive. I never write a review, but after reading some of the negative ones from tenants, I thought I would give some credit where credit is due! Thanks Denali!!

Horrible. Property manager never wants to fix a thing even if its his responsibility to fix it. Then charges to rediculous fees. Rather kick you out then fix whats wrong. Call them for something and they ignore you or never call you back. My father and I have been with these people for years and Im surprised with the disrespect that they give me towards the end of my lease. Never again and wouldnt recommend.

I would never recommended this company to anyone. My air conditioner went out and I had a 2 week old baby and they took forever to come out. They would not replace the fuse box in fact they told me the fuse box and air conditioner unit was new and come to find out by the New Property manager both were over 15 years old. They do not return calls or emails. This is a horrible company.

I am a renter with Denali real estate and am very pleased with them. They are prompt at fixing any problems that may occur with my rental and also keep up the maintenance nicely and do monthly spraying. The office staff have all been very nice and pleasant to work with. Ive referred them to my coworker and she said shes really thankful that i did. Thank you Denali appreciate you.

3 yrs ago when I moved to 1 of their properties rent was 850 now its1000 which is OK but the house is not worth 1000,maintaince is really unorganized I been waiting for a month for some plumbing issues,i called and called they act like you didnt tell them you had any issues,would not recommend this company to anybody living or dead

Property manager very argumentative, over speaks you when you trying to explain something. God forbid you have an emergency make sure its legit or you will be charged for a service call. But on a small note the end of my lease was extended and I am great full for that. I would never recommend this company to family or friends.
