Premier was SO great to work with, and were an invaluable help to the process of taking care of my aged fathers final needs. Their rates were reasonable, so it was nice to not have the stress of exorbitant expenses on top of an already difficult time. We had done a lot of comparison shopping several months easier, so it was great that we already had all the big decisions made (accommodating the preferences of my father) before the time of need came. But it was great to learn that saving money did not mean sacrificing quality in any way. We will go with Premier again when that time comes for our mother.
