Chef Alex and the 801 Catering Team are amazing! We have been receiving personal family meals for a family of 7 for a couple months now and just love the variety and quality of food we are receiving. Alex is wonderful to work with very flexible. His prices are unbeatable too! We tried a couple other personal chefs before 801 Catering and found them to be incomparable. One of the kickers for us in choosing (and staying with) 801 Catering was the flexibility in grocery requirements. We had some pretty specific needs in quality of food and Chef Alex had no issues working with us. I definitely recommend 801 Catering for not only personal family meals but also business catering, I had 801 cater a business lunch for me over the course of three days and he was quick to respond and a moments notice and gave us excellent choices. I look forward to the many more meals we will be receiving from 801 Catering. Keep up the good work!

Chef Alex catered two dinners for 80+ people from across the nation. The food was excellent and everyone raved about both meals. His prices were easy to fit in the budget and he was always available to answer questions or make last minute adjustments to the guest list.
