Anyone looking for EXCEPTIONAL 5 STAR service and 5 STAR Mexican food (or any food for that matter..) You have found it!! I am speaking of the Draper location. I have never written a review on any restaurant ever, but I am so pleased with everything, I just had to give a review! In addition, they started DELIVERY SERVICES just today! From the exceptional service I received from Richard on the phone taking my delivery order (so kind, so professional and ever so personable and so informative in helping me at great length and suggesting different options including some of his favorites.. which I decided to go with, ALL of them) to Jared ( CO-OWNER) that delivered my food so professionally, so promptly and so personable as well. Especially this being DAY 1 OF DELIVERY SERVICES. And I havent even got to the food yet! It is the most FLAVORFUL, DELICIOUS outstanding food that me and my friends have ever tasted. We got the pork enchiladas (rice, beans) and the pork burrito (everything in it). Everything was perfect from the tortillas to the meat and on to their sauces! And it all arrived at my door - hot. If you are looking for phenimenal service and the most delicious food ever.. whether to dine in, take out, or for delivery to Home or Office, look no further! I promise you will not be disappointed. Every single time I have visited this particular franchise I have been disgusted by their customer service. On one occasion my family and I were the only customers in line, ready to order, with 4 employees working. They ignored us and started arguing over who would help the customers. It was seriously the most embarrassing, unprofessional experience I have ever witnessed. Finally I said, "Can someone PLEASE take our order? Or do I need to talk to your manager?" They did take our order, but got it wrong. Its not like they were busy. A girl did come apologize but really, who argues over helping customers?! Another time I called and a guy answered to take my order over the phone. He didnt ask "can I take your order?" or anything. He was very short with me and hung up without saying anything after I gave my order! It was so weird! I love the food, but I absolutely hate going there because of the service.

In the past I have really love stopping in for lunch. I was starting to go regularly but I think today may have been my last visit. I ordered a salad and dined in so they gave it to me on a tray. As I proceeded to the drink area I noticed a really bad smell. I figured maybe it was the trash and went to my table but the smell followed. After some investigation I came to realize that it was the tray. It smelled like it was wiped with an old dirty rag. You know that smell if you have laundry in the washer and forget about it for a week... moldy, nasty... yeah, that was my tray. I was no longer really interested in the food. It makes me wonder what else that rag may have been used to clean. Dont want to risk getting sick. Its a shame because I liked the food.

We ordered online. The restaurant was not busy and they didnt have our order ready till 20 minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready. Food was cold. They put beans when we specifically said NO beans. They did not give us lettuce or even enough sauce on the burritos OR enchiladas. The kids working there even said as we walked in, "oh online order? Yeaahhhh havent started that yet. Oops." Overall bratty attitudes, didnt care about their jobs and negligence towards customers. Weve had good to excellent service at every other costa EXCEPT this one. Wont be going back.

Me and my co-worker went in pretty late, id say around 9:50 on a Wednesday night. We work the night shift for a company just down the street. First things first, I have to apologize for coming in so late and last minute, although its hard when your lunch break is so late. To say least, I was nervous to be treated poorly for coming in so late. However, I was blown away by the customer service experience that we received. EVERYONE was so friendly, and treated me as if it was 2:00 in the afternoon. Very impressed, thank you so much.

Wish Id gone to Cafe Rio up the street. Quality and portions both suffered dramatically since my last visit to Costa - it certainly wasnt fresh. Everything in my burrito (tortilla included) had the same mushy texture and lackluster flavor. My wife had a big lettuce butt in her salad, and the tortilla strips were old and stale. They charged me for a tiny kids quesadilla that is free at Cafe Rio and didnt bother to cut it. Costa used to be great, but clearly isnt keeping up any longer...Disappointing.

You guys, theyve remodeled! This location is our favorite Costa Vida, the food is always good and the staff are always friendly. We went back again tonight and the place looks awesome! We, once again, loved our food, even our two-year-old couldnt stop stuffing her face, especially with the horchata (we told her it was cinnamon milk :D) This place has our favorite chips and queso too, if you havent tried them, theyre a must have! Well be back!

I love this place! The girl who served me was so friendly and welcoming, smiling and looking me in the eye while gladly serving my food and asking which items I wanted on my burrito! Usually I get a salad or a bowl of some sort but was craving something different so I got the vegetarian burrito smothered with enchilada sauce, cheese sauce and cheese. It was SO good! Thank you for having an excellent staff, a clean eating area and wonderful food.

We went with a gift card given to us for Christmas. When we tried to use it, they said they werent connected to the internet and that we would have to pay. When we wanted to use some of the points from my Costa Vida card, we were told they didnt do that anymore and they took my card away, points and all. The chips for both my husbands nachos and our queso were burned, and the employees acted like we were wasting their time. We wont be returning.

I absolutely love Costa Vida and this location!! Wonderful customer service every time I have been there. Food is always delicious. I have seen a ton of negative reviews but not sure why?? I have been going to this location since they first opened. I also go to the Riverton location when getting off work. They both are comparable in service and food.

Easily the best Costa Vida Ive been to. They recently remodeled, so everything is new and clean. The staff is very nice and friendly, and the owner/manager always makes sure everyone is well taken care of. I will definitely continue to keep coming back here.

This Costa Vida is terrible! The service was absolutely terrible! They ignored us, and our order was wrong. When we told them, the ignored us, and walked away to check out 3 people in front of us. I will not go back to this Costa Vida ever.

I dont like to give bad reviews but I got food poisoning from these guys and I will never go here again. I got queso dip and it mustve been sitting out for a long time. They do have good service and are quick but it is not worth it.
