This Chik-fil-A always has great service and food, but today was above and beyond. My wife had thought she left her phone on a tray after we had left, so we came back and the (I believe) General Manager and a Shift Lead had graciously offered to go through the trash and look for it. They both jumped into the dumpster and started searching through bags, seeing if they could find her iPhone anywhere. As they were looking, my wife had found it in the car, and once we told them we found it, they continued smiling, and told us that they were glad it wasnt in the dumpster, and went on their merry way. They had no issues looking through the dumpster for, what turned out to be, nothing. They were absolutely wonderful and didnt make us feel bad in any way, and if anything, I felt better from their awesome attitudes and caring. This place will have my business for life.

This chick fil a TOTALLY meets the standards on my chick fil a checklist. Why would you wanna spend $3.49 on 10 mcnuggets at the McDonalds next door, when you can spend $6.99 on 8 "healthier" nuggets here!?! What really makes my day is when the employee fills your drink, and makes you stand there very awkwardly as he/she waits for the bubbles to go back down, then fills it back up, then waits again, then fills it up. Makes. My. Day. Like. OMG. I also love the super cheerful greeting that you get at the drive thru. Whats really awesome about the drive thru though, is that they hand you all your stuff in less than 5 seconds, and you havent even opened up your cupholder yet. Anyway, its been a PLEASURE writing this review. Time to take my kid, Splyker to football practice in my 2016 Escalade. Bye!

I came in on a busy Saturday night with my 3 year old and 14 month old (and Im 37 weeks pregnant). We had a rough tantrum filled day at home and I knew dinner out would help. The food came quickly but what was even more impressive was the service we got from Molly. She helped me get napkins, straws, Cheerios for the baby, and refills. She brought everything I needed so I didnt have to leave my kids or haul them back and forth anywhere. My 3 year old was upset after some big kids bullied her in the play place and Molly grabbed her hand, calmed her down, and took her to get ice cream. She honestly made our night and helped me out so much. I appreciate the service and the personal touch and couldnt recommend Molly and this location more.

This Chick-fil-a excels in all aspects that a fast-food restaurant should. The quality for the price is outstanding, and the building is always nice, not to mention how helpful and friendly the staff are. Though there are occasional problems, they have always been fixed in my experience. This Chick-fil-a in particular is one of my all time favorite places to eat, and I come here several times every month, consistently. I have a large amount of experience here to back this review up, and have gone here ever since this place opened. Excellent and amazing experience every time. I think Im going to go there tonight after writing this, for the third time this week.

Best staff I have ever met! First time visiting, and the gal behind the mic, (I didnt catch the name, something distorted the sound from the mic to the speaker outside), told me what the best sellers as well as her favorite items were. (BTW, dont be afraid to ask for customer favorites, sometimes those might surprise you!) Not to mention, the management for a lunch rush is outstanding. I never would have expected such a great team of employees at a fast food joint, but clearly I have never been here before! Seriously Chik fil a HQ, give this team a raise, they deserve it!

Typically the service is great at any Chick-fil-A but this place seriously impressed! We went during the lunch run - which Im sure is their busiest time of the day. Instead of being stressed and moody with customers, every one of the employees was cheerful and kind. They took my order, asking for my name and actually remembered my name throughout the whole visit. When I left, the manager, calling me by name, asked if everything was going well. I was really impressed. It was "my pleasure" to frequent this particular Chick-fil-A.

Had a great experience today. If you like breakfast food, no other quick serve or fast food place compares to Chick-fil-A! Their sandwiches are delicious. The macros and caloric composition is great. We dined in and they even had flowers on all the tables. Plus they came by 3 or 4 times to get us refills! I was amazed. Better service than some sit-down only restaurants. Ill be coming back. You definitely should make Chick-fil-A your first choice when youre on the go and need a quick, healthy bite.

Donny get me wrong who doesnt love chick fil a, well actually my husband. But anyways. I really get annoyed at how busy they are all the time. They almost need another one right across the street. If you want to go for lunch you really need to arrive by 11:15 and if there is done type of promotion going on forget about it. I know not really there fault but just giving you my honest opinion. The food is good. The service is great. I would pay the extra for the super clean option always.

Of course the food is great, but the service at this location is spectacular! Our kids spilled their water within seconds of sitting down. This upset them and would have made for a miserable lunch. But the kind staff came over calmly, didnt make a scene, cleaned up the mess and to top it off, gave us cookies to help the kids feel better! Everyone left happy! Thank you, Chick-fil-A Draper for establishing such a caring culture!

We love the Draper Chick-fil-A!! Probably the best service Ive ever had on a regular basis at this location. Once when we came in near closing time and we had to wait for just a few extra minutes they came to us to apologize, and also gave us a card to get a free chicken sandwich! And they also made sure to ask us if we wanted a drink refill before they shut off the machine! This location is always above and beyond!

Chick fil A is always the best place to eat. These guys at Draper were so awesome. I ordered a meal yesterday and then reached for my wallet only to find out that I forgot it at home. When I drove passed them to leave they said not to worry about it and that the meal was "on us"! So I got a free meal! Now thats world-class customer service. Thank you and Good job guys.

I dont often review places but the service at this Chick-fil-A was phenomenal. I walked in and even though they werent slow I was instantly greeted by multiple friendly employees. By the time I had finished paying for my order my food was already ready and of course, tasted amazing. This Chick-fil-A exceeded my expectations immeasurably and Im not even exaggerating.

Stopped in with a busload of 40 people at around 9 p.m. and they were very gracious and worked hard to get us all fed. Excellent management, very generous, couldnt find a better place and people with better attitudes even when we delayed the closing by about 15 minutes at least. The food was good as always with Chick fil A. Great people great place.
