Ive had the displeasure of being forced to eat food from Cuisine Unlimited for 18 days now after participating in a research study to which they catered. The list of things that is wrong with their food is far longer than the list of things they got right. Ive eaten under-cooked rice almost every time they served a dish with rice in it, I wont eat the leftover and cold chicken that I swear had to be made at previous wedding receptions they cater, nor the soggy sandwiches that had to have been a day old at least. They do not wash their vegetables, not rinse their fresh onions when they are mixed into anything they make, which cause them to emit a sulfurous gas. The level of ineptitude is frankly staggering. Ive never had such poor fare. The portion sizes are small, the enchiladas were disgusting, under seasoned, bland, and the meat tasted bad. There is also a culinary abortion they serve of filo dough, dry overcooked pork or chicken (it was so dry and old it was hard to tell honestly) and the blandest cheese/cream sauce ever conceived. The desserts are basically just sugar, flavorless and over sweet. The fruit they send is often old. Ive not written a bad review for a company ever until I was inspired through there sheer lack of effort to warn anyone and everyone about the atrocities coming out of their kitchen, which I suspect is down some alleyway near a toxic waste disposal site. If you hate flavor and want to punish yourself for your transgressions in life then by all means order from this disreputable, uncaring, rip-off artist company, so that your guests will truly know how much you hate them.

We needed an upscale breakfast and lunch experience for VIP guests coming into our office from overseas. I was nervous using a company that I had never tried before for such an important meeting, but saw the great reviews. We had a tight turnaround as we needed breakfast set up before the guests arrived and then breakfast cleared and lunch set up during their 15 minute break!! They were able to pull it off!!! Everyone is still raving about how delicious the food was!! Thankfully, we had leftovers as our guests had already eaten before they arrived :0). This gave us (the admin staff) the chance to taste the food as well. The spinach and mushroom omelette was incredible...the Salmon Torte was out of this world!!!! We had the mango chicken and coconut rice with grilled veggies for lunch and it was amazing!!!!! I would HIGHLY recommend using Cuisine Unlimited!!!!

I know you guys have a contract or what ever with this study company, but come on. I have had moldy bagels, stale bagels, your roast beef sandwiches are gross, most of us choose to just through them away. Half the time you guys dont fill the orders correctly, and someone ends up either going with out, or someone has to spend money to feed who ever is left. This is unacceptable. This morning someone had ants in their fruit cup. There is a little something called pride in your work. Do you guys have any? I know your company boasts five stars, so be a five star company. One star is all youll get from me, and Im sure many other that have no other options but to eat your food. Im betting we are the majority of your business, so I suggest you step up and do things right before you Web rating over all is no stars at all.

Also forced to eat the food for research studies and I must say Im disappointed for the fact that there is so much food that they could make, yet they bring us the same meals all the time. Think you could switch it up once in a while? Geez, also for people like myself who dont like sauces, you would think itd be easier for both parties to place it on the SIDE of the meal instead of smothering it all over the sandwiches. I have to wipe it off every time which gets frustrating as hell. And considering how much it costs for the meals I think they can do WAY better. Please and thanks
