I think people actually believe that Chick-fil-A is healthy because its not McDonalds or Burger King. Its still fried food! There is a phenomenon happening where stay at home mothers will bring all of their too many children to Chick-fil-A to meet up with their friends who are doing the same thing. Then, the craziest thing happens...the kids run wild while the moms ignore nearly everything that is happening. The play areas quickly turn into cage matches where grubby, attention-starved middle children throw heel jabs and hip checks in some desperate effort to control a small part of their world for but a moment. It rarely ever looks fun. Watching my son walk into the madness of a Chick-fil-A playroom at lunch time is like watching someone try to jump onto a merry-go-round at full tilt. Someone is going to get hurt. I thought it was just a Salt Lake City thing, but apparently its the same in Phoenix. So, to all of you moms that like to stuff yourselves into your workout clothes to go meet friends and eat calories, saturated fats, cholesterol and whatever else they put in that stuff, watch your effing kids every once in a while. Theyre not as sweet as you think. Or maybe just dont keep having kids. Its awfully arrogant of you to assume that the world needs so many copies of your mediocre genetic material. Also, the spicy chicken deluxe sandwich is delicious and the frozen lemonade is the bees knees!

I just want to take the time to thank MJ for making my sons day. I walked into Chic-fil-a today with my almost 2 year old, as he loves it when I bring him here. I wasnt expecting him to eat much, as hes had this really bad fever since yesterday. As my son and I were eating, MJ stopped by my table and brought him a little Chic-fil-a cow to play with. He had the biggest smile on his face as if she had magically wiped his fever away by gifting him the small toy. Once we finished our meal and were walking out, we stopped to say goodbye and my son gave MJ a big smile. This is not the closest Chic-fil-a to my home, but I love this location because everyone is super friendly, helpful, and happily greets you as you walk in and is ready to take your order. I love your staff and this location. Keep up the great work!

I am a big chic-fil-a fan. I love their food, and the fact that they staff appropriately to provide high level customer service rivaling full service restaurants at times. Today the food was hot and good as usual. However for my first time ever at a chic-fil-a i found the customer service was subpar. When we were called up to the register the employee "Amy" (might have been a manager due to not wearing normal polo) did not greet us politely, made no eye contact, didnt listen to the questions I asked, and was very interested when she said the trademark "my pleasure" after I said thank you with completion of my transaction. Overall i love the brand, but this employee did not live up to the normally high level of customer service that is expected at a chic-fil-a.

From the first time I went there with my family, I was extremely impressed with that top-notch customer service and food. I thought Im going to a fast food restaurant with the kids play area , and I was surprised to get young kids actually know how to provide customer service and treat you well . This was my first experience , and consistently since then every time we go, I get the same great food and great service. This location, just like many of the other ones, its very clean and easy to keep the kids entertained. For the managers who actually train and select the team members, youre doing a great job .

It is very irratiating that my first review got deleted. Anyways i wil re-write it due the lack of maturity of whoever deleted it. I went in the other day and I guess it was employee training day or something. But anyway there was a new employee, or it was bring your 9 year old to work day. The man looked very young and he was doing agreat job until he gave me 3 tenders instead of the 9 nuggets i ordered. 1/10 not IGN

Fast food made with fresh quality ingredients! The service is fast and the staff is always friendly. They always offer great promos at random times. Last one was terrific, what ever I ordered last time was completely free upon my next visit anytime during July as long as I kept the receipt. The milkshakes are a real treat!

I dont get it. I dont understand why people are in love with Chick-fil-a. It seems like just another fast food joint and when it comes to food options, this is just not cutting it for me. The food is just "OK" but nothing to write home about. Id go to Boston Market anyday over this place.

Best service Ive ever had at any location. They made a mistake and made me an extra shake for me. They made me keep them both + they gave me a coupon for a free one my next visit! Always good service but this was far beyond! Customer for life.

Day in and day out this place exceeds my expectations for customer service. They are running on all cylinders consistently and theyre always serving excellent food. Amy (manager I believe) is always on top of it and always ensure excellence.

Always awesome to visit here. I find the staff here to be a little more personal. The kids always love playing in the childrens area plus it give me and the wife a little quiet time to eat. Great place to escape the summer heat for the kids.

This is the best example of a fast food chain youll find in Scottsdale. The staff are fantastic! Always friendly and courteous. Food is always excellent too. Every once in a while theyll give out gift cards for free food items too. :-)

Addicting food. Great and friendly service, but my god do these people forget to add your sauces!! I repeat it 3 times asking them if my sauces are in my bag. Asked for more they said its inside my bag. Got home and NO SAUCES!!

Great fast food restaurant, actually feels not too bad for you. This one had a small but engaging playground (keeps my 3&6 year old happy). Service was great today, they brought the food to my table and offered to clear up as well.

Great customer service, very friendly staff! Came in today and had four separate orders, they had everything ready within minutes! Included in the bags were napkins, different sauces to choose from and a place setting.

Meh. Not as fast or consistent as other Chik fil as. Employees arent as attentive at the counter but stop by 5-6 times while Im eating to make sure everything is good. Kind of annoying. I like Raintree better.

First time at a Chick-fil-A and liked the decor and the staff was friendly. The food is good and the woman behind the counter gave me a couple of different sauces to try. I see why people like this chain.
