The Yoga Center has become a home away from home for me. It is a place truly dedicated to giving the gift of yoga to everyone in a way that serves them. The teachers are dedicated to healing and strengthening the body, mind, and heart. Never have I felt so welcome somewhere, and learned so much each time I take a class.

The differentiated learning for beginners is excellent. The instructors create a therapeutic environment for self and guided practice. I was getting personal corrections with constructive, positive feedback.

Perfect! The Yoga Center is the best. The instructors and the staff are the best I have seen in ten years of practicing yoga. I always leave class feeling very calm and refreshed.
