This post office is a joke. Dont bother calling because apparently this place doesnt take calls. The people who deliver the mail just shove mail in the mail box ruining important documents. This post office needs some serious management training. I recently replaced my mailbox because someone had been going through my mail and was told it had to be approved...all of the homes on my street have the same type of mailbox I had put up. Tried calling and what? Cant get a hold of the post master to approve my mailbox so now Im not receiving my mail.

A very nice post office with mostly great staff. Ive only ever had one bad experience with someone that was new there who argued with me over something I knew was incorrect because of many prior mailings done differently. Only bad part is the limited parking out front. If its full, you have to drive way around the back and park in a little alley.

Nice office and great location. Staff is usually friendly when I come in. ( the one with long blonde hair isnt the most polite - but the one with short blonde hair and the shorter brown hair are always very nice) I have had bad experiences when calling in as well. They either dont answer the phone, or they are extremely rude when they do.

Whatever hateful old hag answers the phone should be fired. Only answers yes or no like you are bothering her. I called SLC DMV and got all my answers in 2 min and 38 secs with a professional. My last comment was deleted. I will continue to rate if this is deleted. Service is terrible. In person, the experience is much better.

The worst post office ever! Twice in the last 2 years they have lost packages they said were delivered to my door. My mailbox is right by my front door, and I collect my mail within minutes after its delivered, so I know its not stolen. Every time I call I get the runaround, and never get my package.

Worst post office I have had to deal with. Often our carrier does not deliver or pick up mail at our business office. When you call for resolution, you are treated disrespectfully and the issue remains unresolved. Not surprised they are suffering financially with such intermittent and poor service.

If you try to call these guys, dont expect an answer. Tried calling them ten times to no avail. Also, be careful when you get stuff shipped to your po box. I ordered an item on Amazon, and the post office "accidentally lost it". Very displeased with their customer service.

Purchased online shipping, received my 20% discount by purchasing my label online, Tooele post office added the 20% back on to the package and made the recipient pay the charge twice as postage due. Very poor service!
