UPDATE: It has been three years since I took down my mailbox. Not having to deal with the incompetence of this organization has been great! Havent missed a thing. Sadly though Amazon has started to use these clowns to deliver packages. And so my nightmare began again! Three years, and these guys are as bad as ever. My Amazon packages never come. The mailman refused to walk the five feet to my door. I complained to the post office, and they claimed my house was inaccessible due to trees. I laughed and stated that FedEx and ups didnt have trouble with trees... which btw are not within 100 ft of my home or driveway... The manager wasnt concerned that I wasnt getting any of my packages. He shrugged his shoulders, and essentially said it was not his problem. I called Amazon and threatened to cancel my Amazon prime service. What good does it do me to buy on Amazon, if none of my packages ever get to me? Amazon, who actually care about customers, and who have pride in their jobs, went on the war path for me. They filled a complaint in my behalf, and stirred up hell. It took the threat of a billion dollar behemoth to get the lazy, depressed, incompetent slackers at this post office to deliver my packages... You know...The thing they are paid to do.... ORIGINAL REVIEW: Treated very poorly by teller when I went to pick up my live chickens. Chickens that incidentally they killed, by not delivering to my home for four days. Apparently the US Post Office has a policy that they will not deliver live animals to your home. Instead, you have to come pick them up. I order farm animals all the time online. They usually come via FedEx, or UPS, who bring them right to my door. Not the case with these guys. They held them in their warehouse without food or water. Then never bothered telling me that they were there. I got no phone calls, and no package slip on my door letting me know to pick them up. I did not find out until the company I purchased them from asked me if I had picked them up yet. I rushed in to pick them up, only to have them dig the chickens out of a pile of packages and find them dead. Two of the tellers (a woman and a man with a beard) were down right rude. The third (the one who helped me) was very helpful and apologetic. The gentleman with a beard called me a liar, stating that he had called me, and that the carrier had left me package slips. When I told him that I had waited home from work, because I knew the order was coming, and that the mail carrier had NOT brought me a package slip, and that my phone had never rung, he got belligerent. I will not do business with them again. Including that I am going to take my mailbox down. I pay my bills online. I have no use for these jerks who feel entitled to their jobs, and no responsibility to actually be good at it. All I get in my mailbox is junk mail anyway. Time to stop their useless service to my home.

Terrible service here. My cousin mailed something to me almost a month ago and it never arrived. Because it was certified mail, it required a signature. After numerous phone calls, my cousin was told by the post office that they had tried to deliver it to my house a few times but that no one answered the door so they left notices. No one ever came to the house and not a single notice was left on my door or in the mailbox. My cousin was then told by an employee on the phone that I would have to go to the post office myself to pick it up or else they would mail it back to her. I left work early to go to the office and arrived right before closing time. There was already an employee standing in front of the doors blocking the entryway with her arms folded. I asked her if this was where I could pick up a package (hoping she would move out of the way) and she looked at me and mumbled out "mmhmm" and then turned her back to me, not even bothering to move or offer help. Wow, how incredibly rude. This has been such a frustrating experience and I still dont have the package. After I get my package (at this point, who knows if I ever will), I am never coming here again if I can avoid it.

Whenever I go to this location, the line is always long. They usually only have two people behind the counter. I had a package redirected to their location so I could pick it up, because it contained perishable goods, but they tried deliver it to my house anyway. They said they also left a notice when they attempted the delivery, but I couldnt find the notice on my door or mailbox. I now have had to redirect the package a second time, but havent had any updates on the tracking status as of yet. Will update as soon as I find out where my mail is... UPDATE: Went again to figure things out today. I was told that they couldnt find my package. They had me write my name and number on a piece of paper that had a picture of the package I was supposed to receive. Guess Ill update if they ever find it. UPDATE #2: They called and said the reason why they couldnt find the package was because they had somehow changed the address to list the post office as the receiver. So the package was at the post office the whole time. Glad to finally have the package. After waiting in line for a total of two hours for no reason.

I had a small envelope waiting to be delivered, the Postman said the mailbox was blocked and instead of delivering the envelope he left a notice of Mailbox blocked, this is unbelivable if he could put a notice why not deliver the package? By the wayno notice was left. Went to the Post Office next day they said had no envelope that must be delivering....no deliver that day... went next day envelope was there all crushed. good that was not something breakable. Same week they did not deliver a package saying There was no secure location to deliver it, house is fenced an always open again what ????, They did not leave a Notice, all this because I was checking the tracking history online, if for some reason I would not check or have Internet or tracking, both packages will be lost. They have to check on their people that are not doing the job.

With what little communication Ive been able to establish Ive been met with rudeness and condescension. That is, however, when they actually answer the phone. Being a business thats closed on Saturdays they didnt deliver the package and instead kept it at the Post Office. The item Ive ordered, which typically is sent to businesses on the next business day, is currently MIA. Trying to call the Post Office over several hours I have been met with nothing: for whatever reason they have decided that they just dont want to answer the phone. I cant leave work to resolve the issue but they wont answer so I cant determine whether or not my package is even there (and the situation is ongoing). While I have had great experiences with USPS in the past, dealing with this location is nothing short of infuriating.
