I have also never experienced such horrendous customer service... While perfect for cleaning supplies, and automotive consumables... dont expect a level of competency much beyond that from the majority of their employees. And certainly do not ask them to do anything that might take them away from leaning on the counter chatting amongst themselves... Such an imposition will result in the most unhelpful, rude behavior. Do yourself a favor if buying parts in Essex, head over to Bond, their hours may not be as convenient, but youre guaranteed polite, knowledgable service.

These guys were just great! So very efficient. They do not condescend if it is obvious your knowledge of cars is limited..I give them a 5 without hesitation. There apparently are some different folks there than were 4 years ago because I just read a very unfavorable review and I cannot believe that person was referring to the crew I dealt with. Mike was outside with me checking my car when I had a problem and not once did I see anyone goofing off and or leaning up against the counter with nothing to do.

Worse experience Ive had anywhere. I payed for merchandise and they state they cant give it to me because they lost it. They have told me 3 times to go back to the store to deal with Manager Will. Specifically Bree. They are very unprofessional and dont care that Ive wasted over a hour and a half trying to receive a part. Whoever the manager Will is. Please, please train your staff or have them treat their customers right.

The staff is usually helpful and generally more knowledgeable than just relying on what the computer tells them. The only thing I dont like is that they have to push the sale stuff at the counter. I have enough shop towels, I dont need more hand cleaner, and I dont want the "race fuel" additive. Thats not this particular store though. Theyre required to push that stuff.

Just called looking for some lug nuts. The guy cut me off mid sentence said "your going to have to wait" then proceeded to put me on hold for 5min. Then gets back on the phone and his overall tone was that he didnt want to bother with helping me. He even sighed a couple times. I have never experienced such rude demenior from an auto part store employee over the phone.

Flat out lied to, the manager (Jack, I believe) opened a part in store and now I cant return it. It doesnt fit any of 6 different sized socket wrenches ,despite 4 of them being ones from autozone themselves AND asking him to make sure it wasnt a weird size. I will never do business here again and I will absolutely be contacting the BBB to report this shady business.

I like how the employees seem knowledgeable and are willing to actually crack open a book to find you a part. Other unnamed chain stores cant seem to figure out anything not in their computer. Fair prices on most things too.
