My wife wanted to try the Muay Thai classes at CJJ. She went to a free class and then was asked if she wanted to join. We read all the paperwork and agreed to the $120/month fee. Before she had attended 1 class, she changed jobs and was unable to attend the classes. She sent them an email and they would not waiver on their policy that she will be charged for an additional 3 months at $120/month when you decide to quit. Although we knew the policy going in, we really feel ripped off, especially since she never attended one class after signing. So theyve gotten us for $360. Beware.

Capital is the best all around Martial Arts School in the Northern Virginia area. Its a great Fun Family Safe Training evironment. Fun for all ages. I started here 3 years ago and have never felt better in my life. This was the best decision that i have ever made. All the instructors are top notch and very friendly. All around I am very happy with this lifestyle that i have chosen.

Capital MMA is everything I was looking for in a mixed martial arts academy. The staff and coaches are amazing!!! The Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai and Crossfit programs are for all levels of fitness and experience level. No matter if you are a walking in for a first or if you have been doing it for years Capital makes you feel right at home! I highly suggest Capital MMA!!!

The gym, the instructors, and the members are very welcoming, and accommodating to a relative newbie. Capital Crossfit members are from a wide range of skills and ages. The instructors are superb at providing coaching to all levels. Its like having your own personal trainer and fan club. Love this gym! Recommend it to all levels.
