I started my bootcamp fitness journey a little over 10 years ago in Atlanta and have been addicted to this level of fitness ever since. But finding a trainer and a class that will yield amazing results is often a hard task, especially after relocating to a new city. Well, the Fitness Gods were in my favor because a little over a year ago, I stumbled across BT Fitness and my life has been forever transformed! Not only is B a kick ass trainer, he’s also committed, responsive, dedicated, knowledgable and often times annoying (only when I don’t feel like doing something and he pushes me to go deeper). He pushes me to do things at the young age of 47 that only my mind can fathom. He doesn’t accept weakness as an excuse but does it with such grace, compassion and professionalism. I relocated to Upper Marlboro for 3 months recently, but because B is such an amazing Trainer and Im totally in love with this gym, I still drove to Alexandria at 5:30 a.m. every morning to class!! That’s how good he is and how much he MAKES you want to get up and show up. Not only have I lost inches, body fat, and gained muscle in areas that normally flop around my age, my body has transformed back to when I was in my early 20’s. During spring cleaning, I recently had to pack 2 bags of size 6s and size smalls to give away because they are now TOO BIG!!! Not to mention, my confidence level is on 100! I will say this…BT Fitness definitely has the Benjamin Button affect! I’m a client for LIFE!!

"B" Berhane is the best ever. He absolutely knows what hes doing, he has a plan for you, he listens, encourages, motivates and reassures. I have been working with B for 5 months, after doing absolutely nothing for the prior 4 years, due to a neck injury from a car accident. He has changed my life. He listened to my concerns about starting to work out after such an injury and I have not once experienced any pain or strain in my neck as a result of working out with him. I am strong and getting stronger. I am confident, motivated, and my body has changed! My mind too! I am able to do things that I never thought possible and I just want to keep going. I never liked working out before, ever. Working with B has changed that for me. Completely. Now if I dont get a workout in, something feels wrong. If anyone told me I would be that way I would have thought they were literally crazy. B is so kind, hes is just a true professional, and I cannot say enough about him. Give him a try! You will not regret it for a moment.

Obsessed is the only way to describe BT fitness and the impact Berhane has made on my body, my eating habits, and my self-discipline! I have had multiple trainers in the past but no one that made me enjoy and look forward to really making this lifestyle change. I found B through great friends of mine who spoke highly of him back in March. I came to one initial session for a workout to gauge where I was at the time and a 1:1 conversation to understand more about my needs and areas of opportunity. Since then, weve been inseparable. I am always eager for our workouts, I get a meal plan weekly, bootcamps available for drop in daily, and he checks on me regularly just to see how Im doing. B is really passionate about what he does, it isnt a job or a way to make money for him. Its only been 5 months but I love the way my body looks and feels and I still have so much work to do! Good thing hes stuck with me!

Berhanes boot camp class is amazing. I have tried several different types of workouts prior to attending this class for me I find this to be the best. The class is challenging yet fun. The workout routine is slightly different each day absolutely love this! By the end of the week you get a full body workout. Behrane is awesome he ensures everyone is completing the exercises correctly by correcting form. If you are unable to complete the exercise Berhane will modify the exercise. I saw results within my first two weeks if attending. I have to stay physically fit for my job and this class has helped me tremendously.

If you want a great workout with a great trainer, BT Fitness is the place for you!! B (as he is affectionately called by his class) is a very knowledgable, patient, caring, and motivated trainer. The bootcamp classes are amazing :) He keeps current with different exercises and works with you to make sure that your form is correct, so that you are targeting the right muscles! I cant praise this boot camp class enough - from the classmates who push each other to the most supportive trainer during your healthy lifestyle journey. Come and check out a class, trust me you wont be disappointed!

Theres not enough that I can say about "B." I started going to his gym about 2 years ago, and my life has never been the same. He motivates, encourages, strengthens and is just an all-around amazing person! I have done both boot camps with him and personal training. I can affirm that he is equally dedicated in all aspects of what he does and treats clients with the utmost respect and courtesy. Furthermore, I have seen my body and overall health improve dramatically! He is the best!!!

BT Fitness has taken my workout to another level. I have been taking his group fitness/boot camp classes for over a year and I must admit that I am addicted. AT 42 I am more toned & stronger than I have ever been. "B" is a great trainer, he is able to provide individual instruction & motivation even in a group setting. The workouts are challenging & adaptable for all fitness levels. The music is great & the support from others is priceless. We have fun & get a super workout.

Ive been working with B one on one to get myself back into shape after a far-too-long period of couch surfing. He is incredibly motivating and supportive; his approach is positive, but hell definitely work to push you to get your best (which is exactly what one wants in a personal trainer!). Hes provided not only the coaching within each session, but also a complete meal plan to follow, as well as workouts to do when Im on my own. I couldnt recommend him more highly!

A friend recommended BT Fitness, and I joined the early morning boot camp. I am so glad I did. It was not easy at first, but it turned out to be one of the best things I have ever done for myself and my body. B (the trainer) will encourage us through the workout and always there to show the right way of doing the exercises. I see how much I have improved in few weeks, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to workout with a result oriented excellent trainer!!!

Ive been training with B doing the bootcamp classes which I started with a groupon for over a year. I think his class is meant more for intermediate and advanced fitness levels (not trying the discourage beginners). Hes very professional and explains to the importance of good form. He hammers diet control and good nutrition as well. I definitely would recommend him if your looking for a different style of workout.
