I had my hair done by Trisha, for both appointments. I was happy the first time (balayage so I had to come back to get it bleached again). I called the next day after my second appointment and spoke with Tony, I told her my roots were not colored even though I told Trisha & showed her a picture that I wanted dark brown hair (my natural hair is black, and my hair was already died dark brown, I just needed to touch up the roots and do a full balayage) I was told to come in free of charge to get it fixed, then Trisha calls me to tell me she didnt tell the receptionist to charge me for the color the first time so she needed to charge me $65 for it now. When I told her I advised the receptionist she did the full balayage and I spoke with tony and she even left me a msg to come back to get it fixed Trisha got an attitude and said "so you want me to do it for free and not get paid again? Fine! Ill do it for free again!" While I understand she needs to get paid for her work, I advised her along with the receptionist I wanted the roots to the tips on my FIRST appointment. Even showed her 2 pics. They need to better communicate and appreciate their customers because as far as I know I did get charged for it the first time. Now Im supposed to pay an additional $65? After I was told there was no charge to get it fixed. And after an attitude from her? Wow what a waste of $330 This is not the look I wanted and now I have to fix it myself because of their lack of communication.

Just had my hair cut and styled by tanisha and I must say she did a fantastic job.She listened very carefully as to what I wanted and gave me the exact style I was looking for.She is also very friendly as well as being very professional. I would recommend her so if you are new to this area as I am go and book her.You wont be disappointed!

Awesome staff, great ambiance, and amazing end result. I have never had a better haircut, and I am very particular about my hair. Its wavy/curly and likes to do is own thing. After going to Lorraine April, it looks amazing and its actually manageable.
