So I got a full body massage and a facial at Azure. The massage was slightly better than average - 3-4 rating, but the facial was so bad I cant give Azure above a 2. The woman left the light from one of the mirrors on, didnt ask my permission before doing extractions, and didnt actually massage my face. She quite literally smacked lotion on my face and kept leaving the room. It was miserable. Before the massage: As opposed to taking me to the back room so I could relax they had me stay in the front where street entrance is. The noise of people talking and the street was constant throughout the massage and the facial.

I went in for a cut and root touch up. The stylist Rachel convinced me to get high lights also. My root are gray and she bleached my hair white to match the roots. I was horrified at the result. I told her I was leaving on vacation and please fix it. She tried. The poor girl just doesnt know what she is going. I still have white roots with black strips in my hair. The owner, in retribution for my private complaint to her, asked people to track me on Facebook and snapshot what I saw and began a malicious slander attack online over my review. Very unprofessional. The owners credintials no not check out. Beware.

Leila and her staff are amazing—very personable!! The location and ambiance are amazing too. She has a special way of making you feel like youre the only customer: she calls you by name (not reading it off of a chart) every time & I was even surprised when she had followed-up on something I mentioned to her 3 weeks prior—that personalized connection made me feel like more than just a client. Ive been going to Azure for several months now (nearly a year) and I havent looked back since :) If youre looking for a spa that will cater to YOU—Azure is it!

The owner of the spa Layla is horrible. She is very rude and has no customer service skills. I had spent over thousands of dollars for laser hair and ended up moving and wanted to continue doing laser hair. Layla refused to give me the information on my previous sessions to give to the new place, so i wouldnt end up spending more money than i needed to. Layla claims, for legal reasons she cant give me that info, which is clearly a lie. I would suggest not to come to this place. there are many more spas to go to in the area.

I get my facials with Rezvan. I have been to a few, not many Estiticians for facials because I never found them to be worth it until I moved to Arlington and discovered Azure Day Spa and met Rezvan. She does thorough facials and I leave there feeling like I got my moneys worth! She is very good. I highly recommend her.

I came in to get Eminence cosmetics and all they wanted was to sell me a facial with the explanation that its the only way to make a recommendation on the products. Very disappointing.

Jenna Jaffe gives the best massage Ive ever had. Truly she is amazing. She is able to pinpoint tight spots and work them out. Shes also a lovely person
