"Nhìn lại 3 tấm hình, bạn thấy có tất cả 8 người thay đổi vị trí khác nhau trong 3 tấm hình.Trong thời gian đó thì bà chủ tiệm nail còn "dư" thời giờ để không chụp thêm tấm thứ hai nếu bà ta thực sự phản đối cái "huyết kỳ" đó. Bạn có đồng ý với tôi không ?Theo tôi nghỉ, bà ta "cố ý" chụp với tên đó chứ không phải là vô tình được !!!

They are rude and very unprofessional here. I got attitude from one of their sassy associates with bad breath just because I was asking details about their service. It got to the point were I needed to let him know that his attitude was making me uncomfortable. Needless to say, he didnt get it and cut me off mid sentence to get one of his colleagues to finish assisting me. I think she may have been a manager, but she was very short and curt with me as well. Despite this, came back to get a fill in and got another rude associate. She was just a little snide. They dont talk to you or look you in the eye, but instead speak all over, around and across your head with each other in their language, probably cussing you out-- who knows. Their associated eat all out in the open, carrying food to one another across the room. The associate who did my nails had someone bring her a cell phone over to talk on the phone while she was servicing me. Then she did a mediocre job on a $21 fill in. She burned my hands with the electric file, but some stinky solution on my cuticles (it wasnt cuticle oil) and then when u inquired she seem to get offended and the told me what it was in this condescending tone.... as if that was not enough, she did not help me over to the drying station with my belongings, so when I missed my nails up, she did fix it with giving me attitude, but still... When I looked sown at my nails I realized that the nail color is not flush to where my cuticle starts and there is spacing in where my cuticle ends and where the color begins. I had to "ask" her to remove the smudges of nail color from my fingers Twice and then I had to ask her to give me the cotton ball so that I could do it myself-- tacky, unprofessional people. Granted, the salon is nice (simply because it is still new), BUT their service is shot to hell. They dont get the concept, much less, IMPORTQNTCE of providing good customer service and appeasing their clientele. The associates act like they really dont want to be there, which could stem from how the owner may treat them. I dont know... They just need to get it together before they dont have a salon. --A Disappointed Customer

If i could put 0 stars I would. The owner has Very Bad customers service. The owned dont like black people she just want your money. They over priced my nails I had the crystals on my 2 big toe nails and she said I had to get gel on all my nails and that was a lie she wanted to just over price me I asked for my money back she then yelled and said she didnt service me and she wouldnt return my money and she said she would fix my problems I had bad bad service she dont respect or value her customers. Also she has a not saying she dont have to service you if she dont want and thats a stupid business move if u want to keep people coming back but I wouldont keep going but I have a life just wanted to tell the black women you should give your money to people that respect it because this business dont

The art work is out of this world beautiful but the customer service is the WORST! The owner Tina is nasty (smart at the mouth), argumentative and arrogant. She changes the price base on how she feels about you that day. I loved my designs when I got them done there and (I have been 6 times) but I REFUSE to take the disrespect. Not once had there been a time that I have gone and not had to encounter hearing or being in an argument. This is suppose to be a place to relax.-NOT!!!! I was told that "she is the best so she does not have to be nice". I totally disagree-Not when Im spending my money. Besides its just nails, Ill pass. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN and I will not refer people there either. -Once Upon a Time Customer

Korea, & Vietnam still have this single communist party. The communist party suppresses a democracy & human right of their civilians; therefore, WE THE PEOPLE, do not want it in America. Trendy Nails & Spas owner is Frank Huy Do is directly working & co-operating with the communist party in Vietnam, so please do not come to this nail salon. We are the refugees who love to have the freedom. Please help us not to come to this business. Thanks for your thoughtfulness.

Terrible customer service they dont greet u its too expensive for the poor quality work that they provide. They dont communicate well they messed my $75 gel pedicure up i asked for silver rhinestone and she put different color ones on so she had an attitude when i said i need it redone. Came back the next day to get it redone no one greeted me until 25 mins later so it took 1 hour just too redo my big toe ..the nail polish isnt really pigmented..ur better off going to the hood at least the hood nails and spa business offer way better treatment and design and its not expensive. Dont wait ur time money or energy here! Seriously
