I was looking for a new esthetician that was close to my job... I googled local salons, few popped up, and I started to call around. Most spas did not have any available appointment times, others costed too much. I called Joys Spa. Needless to say she had appointments available and to my surprise, provided discounts for students. I was elated at those mere facts alone! In addition to this, her service was great!! I was so comfortable she talked to me the whole time!. When I got home to thoroughly check the job she had done, I was in awe!! This was clearly the best brazilian I ever had! My over critical boyfriend at the time agreed. I had found my new esthetician! That was a few months ago... I just setup another appointment today. Once again Im happy to get an appointment on such short notice, especially since its a holiday weekend. More importantly, my birthday is coming up soon after. I can not wait to feel bare, sexy, and strut my stuff!!!!

I went to see Joy for a bikini wax, eyebrow wax, and regular pedicure. It was my first bikini wax so I was prepared for an awkward and painful experience. While it was obviously not delightful, I was so comfortable with Joy and she did an amazing job on both my eyebrows and my bikini line. She made me feel so at ease and had great conversation. Shes hysterical and I genuinely liked her. Ill be lookin good for my date tomorrow. 8) And Ill definitely be going back!

After Qi Spa cancelled our appointment two days before valentines day my gf and i scheduled an appointment at Joys. We had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. They served us tea and talked with us the whole time. My girlfriend says this is the best nail salon she has been to. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and we will be coming back here for sure.

Terrible experience! They didnt use enough wax for bikini wax and Ive literally a huge purple bruise. And on top of that Im completely uneven!!!! Waxed my mustache line and there are still stubbles. Im so angry.

I have only had 2 Brazilian waxes in my life one of which was recently by Joy at Joy Spa. She did a great job, no stay hairs and quick and efficient. I would recommend visiting joy for your next Brazilian wax.

Joy did such a great job with my first Brazilian!!! She was patient and kind, and even made conversation to keep my mind off of the pain. Thats the true definition of customer service.
