I have had only good experience at Revo II. I have had acrylic fills at every place in Cleveland Park over the past five years, and I am most happy with the results here. I have had a couple of people whose work I like, but the owner, Lee is the best. His polishes lasts the longest, the nails lift the least, have the fewest rough edges, and are the shape and thickness I prefer. I get extremely good advice from Dao (the manager) as to color. There has been some turnover, in part because they have three shops, but the core group is very pleasant. I like the fact that although owned and managed by Vietnamese people, many of the technicians come from all over Central and South America. English language skills, which I think are very important, are better here than anywhere else. I am picky about cleanliness and have no problems with their practices. I also like how inexpensive they are and how easy it is to get an appointment, even though Lee is not at that shop all the time.

The experience was nice but the final product was mediocre. We used a groupon and got a paraffin mani/pedi for $20. We had an appointment and were seated in chairs right away, but walk-ins who came in after us got technicians working on them long before we had anyone taking care of us. My nails were cut in a square shape even though I asked for round, and two nails had bubbles that has led the polish to peel off after only 1 day. The girl who did my nails -- though very pleasant and friendly -- did touch-ups with her fingers, which meant that some of her bright red polish rubbed off onto my pink manicure. Overall it was a very relaxing way to spend a sunday afternoon, but I wouldnt have spent any more on it, and Ill probably take the polish off tonight (only a day later) because its such a mess.

My friend and I went to Revo on April 2, 2011 to get a manicure and pedicure. The work wasnt the best Id ever had but I would have returned had it not been for Dao Le. I had heard of this location because of Living Social. I had settled my bill prior to getting my nails painted because I didnt want to mess them up. My nails had dried and as I attempting to leave, Dao Le, a manicure technician and apparent "manager" would not let me leave the establishment until he confirmed with my technician that I had paid for my services. I think the experience was embarrassing and handled in a poor fashion. I personally think that good customer service makes a business and clearly Revo needs to rethink how they treat all of their customers. I will never return.

Had a great experience! Made an appointment for myself and two friends to get pedicures. The customer service over the phone making the appointments was very friendly and accommodating. Two of us ended up walking in late to our appointments, but they didnt scoff. They had a few new pedicures there were advertising and trying to up sell us on, but were not pushy about it really at all. The pedicure itself was so relaxing and wonderful! All the staff was very nice and friendly. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing. I got the lavender spa pedicure and am so happy! Will have to see how long it lasts, but they use high quality polish so I expect it will last a while. Will definitely be going back for future spa services.

The pedicure was overall a good job based on the cleaning and massaging. But the nail polish part couldve been done better. I asked for a full set of acrylic nails and initially I thought it was fine but after the nail polish dried, I can see the inconsistencies on the nail bed (there are ridges from the acrylic not being shaved evenly, bulky edges, and too thick at the cuticle. I was expecting better so I will probably not come back here for my fill.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Lavish Nail Spa. I live in nearby neighborhood and have been to most of the popular salons and never felt comfortable. At Lavish Nail, everyone is so pleasant and welcoming and the atmosphere is peaceful and clean.

This is the worst business in Cleveland Park period. They have a rude, nasty, staff. The way they treat (certain) people in that business is awful. The other two nail salons in the neighborhood are FAR better alternatives.

I dont normally write reviews but this place is amazing! I got my nails and pedicure done by Andy and he did an amazing job. Great atmosphere as well. I would most definitely recommend place to people.

I got the lavender spa pedicure and the technician was very attentive and did an extremely thorough massage. Ive never had a better pedicure experience. Do yourself a favor and GO GET ONE!
