I gave this place two different chances because I saw the reviews were great. But both times I didnt have that great of an experience- not to mention that I dont feel like the prices are that reasonable. $6 for a shirt? That seems like too much to me, but maybe I dont know what to compare it to. The first time, I brought in a few shirts and then a jacket that was white and had some coffee spots on the sleeve. When I got it back- they were barely faded, and I had asked them to work on the stains. This time I brought in a shirt to be pressed and it came back with a few wrinkles still in it. I also brought in a shirt that had a dirt stain on the front from when I went hiking and again, when I got it back, it didnt look like they even tried to get it out. If you have a "complicated" item, I dont suggest bringing it here. Im sure they are great for a simple cleaning, but definitely not for stain removal or any special instructions.

Please do not use this dry cleaner. I had read some negative reviews but thought Id try it anyway. The first time was fine -- they cleaned a suit in two days and it was all good. The second time they tore a shirt of mine and then yelled at me when I pointed it out. Their claim was that the shirt just naturally tore on its own and they couldnt be held responsible. This is not an argument that made sense to me. I asked them to fix it and Tanya finally agreed. When I asked if the repair would be done without charge, she muttered "It shouldnt be." Thats it, folks, Im out. I spent $50 on dry cleaning this very day and theyre not willing to repair damage they did? Are they not aware theres a recession on? My money is going elsewhere.

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS! I dropped off a suit and asked for same day service (dropped off Saturday, to pick-up Monday evening). The suit wasnt ready. The salesperson said they acccidently put it in the wrong bin, but would call me Tuesday as soon as it was ready. They never called. I went into the store, and the suit was ready for pick-up, but the jacket was wrinkled, AND they tried to make me pay full-price. The sales person was rude both on Saturday and Tuesday.
