I switched to this local location after the last local dry cleaning establishment I used to visit was destroying the buttons on my shirts. Ive been using this place for two years for my dry cleaning needs and have noticed a decrease in quality and attention to details. The place is great for cleaning suits and dress shirts but not so great at cleaning womens dresses as they used to be. My mother has recently complained to me that her dresses that were cleaned at this establishment had small visible stains and were improperly pressed. Ive taken the dresses back to them and showed them the stains in which they offered to re-clean them free of charge. The second time around the dresses were free of stains, properly pressed, and up to my mothers standards. I thought this was a minor mistake and gave them a pass on issues since were humans and people make mistakes but the issues with the stains came back the next time i dropped off another dress. Had to show them once again the stains and they re-cleaned it free of charge. Dress came back perfectly clean but annoyed that I had to return. This happened a third time in which i decided its time to try a new place and see if they can clean and press a dress on the first try. In conclusion, this place is great for cleaning suits and dress shirts/casual shirts but not so great at cleaning and pressing dresses/blouses.

I dont even want to give it 1 star. Back in August i brought my wedding dress & my mother in laws wedding dress to be cleaned & preserved. 2 weeks later i picked them up only to see that they crammed BOTH wedding dresses in same box!!! I took them back & stated i would like them in seperate bags I went back 2 weeks later & mine was stuffed in box again!!! It is a 3500$ full gown stuffed in box nearly destroying shape DONT TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE AWFUL!!!
