Capital Tailors and Cleaners is a great dry cleaners if you live near H Street or Capitol Hill East. Its on the main strip of H Street and includes two buildings. On the right is the store and on the left is their machines so you know they dry clean in house v. sending it away. The staff is very friendly and the prices the same compared to other local dry cleaners. They also have you sign a waiver when they have to do risky cleaning which makes it feel more honest. I recommend this dry cleaners!
