I took a silk comforter in to be cleaned, the lady told me they would have to wash it first since it had bio fluid on it, my granddaughter had gotten sick , i proceeded to say the tag says dry clean only, i said so what happens after it washed she i dont know but i would need you to sign form since it says dry clean only. i said EXACTLY that why i am here. she proceeeded to say it would cost $45 i said i can wash it at home lot cheaper than that. She had no clue what goes on at that business. She wasnt polite to try and explain the process to me other than they wash it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELLO TAG SAYS DRY CLEAN ONLY. i took it to the one at RIO Hill very nice and polite and explain to me the process. You go there at you own risk.!!!

We had tried some other cleaners prior to bringing our goods here and we had had some problems. However, the customer service is awesome and they also do next day service for a small extra charge. As we are located closer to downtown it is farther to go, but for great quality care and excellent customer srvice, it is so worth it.

I have used this company for 10+ years. Their turn-around time is excellent and customer service above average. I use them mostly for mens dress shirts, and their is typical wear and tear over years, but nothing out of the ordinary. The dry cleaning has been fine.
