We had just bought a couch about 2 months ago and we noticed that our older dog had gotten on the couch when we werent home and leaked all over the cushions. Our cat may have added to it, but the cushions were awful. I tried everything at home to get then clean and after a week of trying, I finally gave up and called All Clean in a last ditch effort to save the cushions. I was told they couldnt make any promises, but they would try and get them clean. I dropped them off and when I got them back, they dont have any trace of urine left. All Clean did an absolutely amazing job and Im thrilled I dont have to purchase new cushions for my already brand new couch. I dont hesitate to use them again if needed and definitely recommend them!

The service is absolutely, ridiculous and completely poor. My landlord hired this company to clean the carpets in our rental home. The carpets smelled of dog urine. Despite promises to clean the carpet until the odor was resolved, Cheryl chose not too. What is more, they promise that their "P.U.R.T allows the most severe urine damaged areas to be saved and I can assure you, the same does not hold true. So, if you are looking for a reputable company to clean your residential or commercial carpets, please continue looking. You will not find resolution with All Clean Chem-Dry.

I contacted All Clean Chem-Dry in the hopes that they could salvage my carpet. I honestly thought that I would be buying new carpet. White carpet - what were we thinking?? This carpet had been cleaned before, but some stains couldnt be removed. Plus, we had lots of new stains. It was not a good situation. Unbelievably, this company was able to remove every single stain - every one! I dont need new carpet. My carpet looks brand new!! The job was not only done miraculously well, but the gentleman was on time and highly professional. I definitely recommend this company.

All Clean Chem Dry is the best floor/upholstery cleaning company I have ever used. We use them for quarterly cleanings at Body Renew Fitness on all carpeted and tile areas. I also use them to clean my carpets at my house and when I had a pipe break and my house flooded they came out immediately after hours and extracted all the water from the carpets, treated it for mold and mildew as well as left dehumidfication equipment. I would never consider using any other company for my floor cleaning needs. Call them you will not be disappointed.

I found ALL CLEAN CHEMDRY in Winchester, VA. about 7 years ago and will never go anywhere else. ALL CLEAN CHEMDRY is the only company I trust to clean my personal carpet or recommend to any of my clients! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to do a quality job each and every time! We just moved to the area into a rental that has been less then ideal. Our carpets smelled like dog urine in every room. We called All Clean Chem-Dry and they are fantastic! Friendly service, easy to make an appointment and they stand behind the service they provide! Because our carpets were so bad we had a spot that still had an oder and Chem-Dry came back out at no charge to rework the area. It worked! I highly recommend them to anyone!

as a business coach i sometimes just randomly walk into the businesses in my area. did so with this business and boy, was that impressive. if you want to see with how much care and professionalism they are cleaning carpets and rugs just do what i did. walk in. I gave only 4 stars because i have not used them myself, however i do know several people and businesses that have used their services and have yet to hear something negative.

I recommended All Clean Chem Dry to my friend because I know Cheryl Buckley Francis & have heard all of the good things people are saying. My friend used All Clean Chem Dry when she moved into her new home. The carpets are beige & were very dirty. When All Clean Chem Dry was finished the carpets looked almost new. They were dry in a couple of hours & she was very happy that she could move all of her furniture in to her new home.

I was recommended All Clean Chem-Dry by a friend to clean an area rug. I have used All Clean for carpet service in the past, but did not know that this service was offered. I have used All Clean Chem-Dry many times and they have always done an OUTSTANDING Job! Maybe it was because I never let my dogs use the carpet as a toilet, but I can assure you every time that I have needed our carpets refreshed, Cheryl and her team have done an amazing job! All Clean Chem-Dry of Winchester has done the carpets in my home since we bought it. When we first moved in, there were dog urine stains from the previous owner and after they cleaned it, you would never have known there had been a pet in the house. They have also picked up and done an excellent job on my oriental area rug. They are phenomenal and I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a There were these weird black streaks around the perimeter of the bedrooms in our rental and Chem Dry got them out, no problem. Looked like the marks were never there. I was impressed. I was actually very skeptical but they surprised me. We will be calling them again. Oh, and the best thing is that they are actually on time. That alone is kinda amazingly shocking!
