Our family has been using Dry Clean City for several years now, and have been loyal customers. Unfortunately, one very bad recent experience will keep us from returning. This dry cleaner lost an item of clothing from our most recent order (the only problem weve ever encountered there). When confronted, the team refused to acknowledge that a mistake may have happened and would not re-check the store to ensure it wasnt misplaced or misidentified with another order. After much back and forth, it became apparent that we would never see that item of clothing again (valued at $40 and only worn twice before this cleaning), due to the lack of willingness to help from the staff there. Needless to say, this was a horrible customer experience. Our family will not trust this dry cleaner with any other garments, even if that means we may pay more elsewhere. Id rather know that the cleaner I work with is willing to work with a loyal customer in the event that a problem arises than face a staff who is unwilling to assist in any way.

The problem with this establishment is poor spoken english and perhaps even poor understanding of spoken english. I had my coat dry-cleaned but the stain didnt come out completely. I asked if they would try again. I told them it was okay if the stain didnt come out completely. I just wanted them to try again. I picked up my coat today and it had shrunk enough that I can no longer wear it. This is a brand new coat. When I went back to ask why it shrunk I was told it was my fault because I knew there was a chance that could happen. Apparently, she says she told me that it could shrink and I said ok. This lady has to know she is very difficult to understand. She also did not tell me the coat would be washed by hand instead of dry-cleaning it again. I had no reason to believe this coat would shrink. I am so angry. It makes me not want to give my business to any establishment where english is a second language. It just is not worth it.

These India people are crazy tried to drop of my two children north face jackets on Friday morning and earliest pick up is Tuesday 5pm? Then going charge me $5 for both after I presented a coupon. Do not go here go to Tide Dry Cleaners
