My grandfathers cuff links were stolen from the inside pocket of my suit jacket. They said they "may have fallen out in the machine and likely got lost in the lint trap" but really people, I know you check every single pocket before clothes enter the machine, otherwise a pen or something could ruin the entire load--so your explanation makes no sense. It may just be one bad apple there, but some one is dishonest and took something very dear to me that I inherited after my grandfathers passing. For that, I will never go back.

They are the most affordable laundry service in the area!! First of all, I was able to get somebody on the phone (Which isnt easy elsewhere), and she was absolutely lovely! They are affordable and efficient. They pick up and deliver twice a week. The sheets for my practice come back washed and folded. They have been such a life (and time) saver! Also, I asked about their detergents, and she told me they are the laundry service for Strongs NICU. Whats that mean? No scary rashes or allergic reactions. I am so pleased!
