I dropped off 2 quilts to be dry cleaned 1 that was wool filled and not cheap came back 6 days later to pick them up but they couldnt find them. 3 weeks later they called said they had found them so I picked them up brought them home to find the wool one looked like it had been washed and the wool inside was matted and hard as a rock. The people there said that didnt happen there so not their fault. The lowest rating is poor-fair but I think that is too good for Gateway cleaners. I dont recommend using them but if you must be sure to have an employee check your items so they can "Know the condition" of your items when you dropped them off.

No stars. Dropped off 4 insulated drapery panels for dry cleaning-as per fabric care tag. Received back 2 perfect panels and 2 that looked like a burnt-out t-shirt. Manager said since they had no idea what condition the panels were in when I dropped them off (I neglected to go over every inch of each panel when I brought them in) the damage was not their problem. Ive never reviewed every inch of any other items Ive ever left at a cleaners before, must be a new procedure that Ill have to remember. BEWARE-REVIEW EACH ITEM LEFT AT THIS CLEANERS W/STAFF BEFORE LEAVING ITEM. YOU MAY NOT GET IT BACK IN THE CONDITION YOU EXPECT

Terrible service. Dropped some clothes off and was told theyd be ready for pickup on a Friday after 5. Called that Friday morning to verify that theyd be ready and had it confirmed by an employee that they would. I came the following Saturday morning and half of my clothes werent even there. No call, wasnt told anything about it when I called and no discount offered and when I asked I was told no. Guess I just supposed to be inconvenienced and pay full price smh. Not worth it at all
