They keep saying that a regular mens dress shirts charge is $1.75 but at the end is going to cost you at minimum $2.00 to $2.15 per shirt. I have used this place for more than 5 years now. I have to constantly tell them to NOT special clean some of my husband’s dress shirts and they keep doing it. Some times they even refunded me the money for the extra “special cleaning”. I was always wondering whey they keep saying that a regular men’s dress shirts charge is $1.75 but at the end it was most like $2.00 to $2.15 per shirt. So yesterday again, after the male owner already charged my credit card but before I sing it, I asked why for 11 shirts I was been charged $24.85? This time I was determined to get a different answer than just $1.75 one shirt. So I kept asking for a break down of the charges. The male owner kept saying $1.75 over and over again and I kept asking him for an explanation of the charges. He got so rude that we went to the next counter and just ignored me saying please can you explain it to me. I had my 8 year old granddaughter with me and she started to be afraid. The men owner just kept talking on his native language and kept ignoring me. The owner’s wife arrived at that point, the both had a short conversation and then she explained to me with a rude tone of voice the following. - She said: It is $1.75 for one shirt. So I asked why 11 shirts were costing me $24.85. - She said: one shirt extra $1.20 I said, I told you several times that no extra especial cleaning for any of my shirts. - She tried to give me back in cash $1.20 I said, but can you tell me the other charges - She pointed to the register screen and then she entered 1.75 x 11 + 1.20 and then she entered 5 times .60 cents. I asked what are the .60 cents for? - She said “spot”, 5 spots on shirts At this point she takes the $1.20 back and tries to give me a $5 dollar bill. She takes the receipt with my credit card number on it, unsigned, and pretty much told me that I was not welcome back and that the cleaned shirts were free. “No welcome back”. BTW, just before all this the male owner took 6 of my shirts for cleaning, I told him 6 of them and he put them in a bag with a ticket without even really looking at them. After all this mess the female owner gave me back my dirty shirts, at the same time that she was telling me “free for the clean shirts, and No welcome”. The ticket for the 6 shirts was within the shirts. Once outside I looked at the tickets and it already had in a small font “2 spot.” I’m wondering how they determined 2 spot if they not even looked at the shirts?? In the next few days, I will see if for real they cancelled my transaction (since they told me free) or not. I do know recommend this business due to the (small font) hidden charges and for the rudeness of the owners.

We took a bedspread in for a repair (our puppy tore the corner) and for a cleaning because the puppy also (a 70 lb Anatolian Shepherd) jumped up onto it with muddy paws. Its cream colored - and the spots were easy to see. We paid $48 for both - left it on the weekend and got a ticket stating it would be ready Th by 5. My husband went to get it on Th after work and was told "maybe tomorrow" and that it wasnt there. When he called me - I called the cleaners and had a very difficult time communicating with the lady who answered because her English was so poor - but understood when she told me to have him come back at 5:30. He went back and it turns out the bedspread was in the back - and she didnt want to get it - it was too heavy for her????! She had him come into the back and get it. ALL OF THE SPOTS WERE STILL THERE. He told her and asked if they had even cleaned it to which she said "smell it". It smells like nothing. When he got home I spot treated the spots with laundry detergent and was able to rub them out - but now I need to go find a laundromat large enough to run it through. It is unbelievable they couldnt get it clean. What did we even pay for?

I LOVE this place because I kind of be here and theres my parents.....and YOU GUYS HATERS BACK OFF IF YOU DONT LIKE THIS CLEANERS DONT EVER COME AGAIN THEN...and we speak different languages. And this is our responsibility to work hard. Btw..we have my mom and dad working hard and tryed our best so please IF YOUR A HATER PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BACK OFF
