I gave one star for quality of alterations. However, customer service is extremely poor! I had a bridesmaid dress altered but had to go back 4 times before it was ready as promised! The seamstress didnt follow directions so when I went to pick up my dress it wasnt finished. She told me to pick it up a few days later and it would be finished; I showed up on agreed date and got an excuse that the computer system was down and the alterations had not been complete --- not sure what the computer system has to do with alterations, but irregardless it wasnt finished as promised. So then the lady tells me to come back tomorrow (the day before the wedding) at "any time" to pick it up. I kept my cool at this point. I showed up the next day as agreed to find out that it was STILL not done and she gives me excuses as to why she hadnt had time to do it. I told her I would just take it as is since the wedding was the following day and I didnt have time to keep running back and forth. She assured me she would have it done in 30 minutes so I have her the benefit of the doubt and showed up an hour later to a FINALLY finished dress! It was done correctly after this fiasco, however she still charged me $132 (full price) despite not having the dress done on three occasions! I think that price is absolutely ridiculous anyway, but I was in a bind and the location was convenient for me so I accepted it. I rarely write reviews, but Im so upset with this situation, poor customer service, and audacity of the seamstress to still charge me so much despite all the trouble I went through. I will NEVER use this business again! Id rather drive farther than be treated this way!

We had been using this dry cleaners for several years for the high school band uniforms. Last year she charged us a little bit over $300.00 for 50 uniforms. This year they charged us $870.00 for the same amount of uniforms. They still smell bad and the stains and spots are still in them. Already located a new drycleaners to use next year and have locked in a price.

I have been taking things here since moving to WV 7+ years ago. Today I walked in to pick up my dry cleaning and she handed me cash that was left in my husbands suit pocket. Wow~ I was floored. I would have never known~ I love honest people.

Terrible customer service! They charged me $60. To dry clean 1 dress! I inquired about the price and she started yelling at me in a different language. I will never be back!
