I went here for a suit jacket sleeve shortening. It was my first visit to a tailor at the time so I thought Id wait to visit other places before reviewing. All I had done was one sleeve was shortened and the quality seems good to me. The only issue I had was that I felt very rushed, the whole event was over in about 30 seconds. When I picked up the jacket it was the same thing, I felt rushed, there was no offer of trying it on or verifying the work, just handed me my jacket, I paid and she walked away. Ive only been to one place since but I havent found the need to go anywhere else so far. I much prefer Jos A Bank on S. Clinton. They take their time, tell you what their suggestions are and ask your opinion. Im sure Im probably paying more going to Jos A Bank but Im the kind of guy who appreciates quality customer service and I want to feel like my opinion mattered. Its a choice everyone has to make and it is exactly that, a choice. If customer service is not your concern and you just want a tailor, this place is fine. The quality of the two tailors I mentioned seems indifferent so its merely a concern of customer service to me.

I have been to a number of dry cleaners throughout the Rochester region but this cleaners has it all. I have my routine, I drop off my clothes and the lady immediately has my clothes ready. Fast, simple, and Im out the door within a minute, 2 minutes at most. For college students, if you need to have your suit dry cleaned or altered, stop by here. This cleaners will have it ready for you within a day. Also for any missing buttons, they replace it without a cost!

Great dry cleaners. I brought all my Navy uniforms here for updated patches and they did an amazing job. I didnt think Id find someone to trust my dress uniform with out here nowhere near a Navy base.
